Գաղտնիք չէ, որ երաշտից պակաս խնդիրներ չեն առաջացնում նաև հեղեղումները, որոնք հիմնականում տեղի են ունենում գարնանը: Հեղեղումները հիմնականում ոչնչացնում են ցանքատարածությունները, իսկ տեղումների տևական լինելը՝ վնասում նաև ծառերին:

Այսօր հիշյալ խնդրի լուծման համար Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերում նախատեսված առաջնահերթ հակահեղեղային միջոցառումների իրականացման նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեին որոշվել է 2016 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում հատկացնել 677,600.0 հազ. դրամ:

Կարծում եմ, որ պետք է անել ամեն բան, որպեսզի պաշտպանել գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքը: Նախորդ տարի մենք ունեցանք բավականին մեծ քանակության արտադրանք, այս տարի նույնպես պետությունը պետք է աջակցություն ցուցաբերի, որպեսզի նախորդ տարվա նշաձողից հետ չկանգնի:: Այս քայլը կարող է «զինել» գյուղական բնակավայրերին պաշտպանվելու համար հեղեղումներից:
