Հետաքրքրական է, որ վերջին շրջանում լրատվամիջոցներում և քաղաքական շրջանակներում լայնորեն քննարկվող ՀՀ նախկին արտգործնախարար Վարդա Օսկանյանի նոր ստեղծվելիք կուսակցության ստեղծման ու գոյության հանգամանքը շատերը պայմամավորում են երկրորդ նախագահ Ռ. Քոչարյանի անձի ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ, նույնիսկ <թիկունքում> նրա գտնվելու հնարավորությամբ: Բայց առավել հետաքրքրական է այն փաստը, որ դեռ ստեղծվելիք կուսակցության հետ իբր համագործակցության պատրաստ մեկ այլ կուսակցության փոխնախագահ,միևնույն ժամանակ ԲՀԿ-ական հայտնի մեկը չի էլ թաքցնում, որ իրոք, կուսակցություն ստեղծելու համար Հայաստանում <ահռելի ֆինանսներ, միջոցներ, փող > են պետք: //իր բառերն են//: Եթե իրոք այդպես է մեր քաղաքական ներկան, ապա մտածողության նման ձևը իրենց բնութագրմամբ Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքում լուրջ դերակատարման հավակնող քաղաքական նոր ստեղծվելիք կուսակցության համար ավելի քան խոսուն է ՝ բացասական իմաստով: Ի սկզբանե <ահռելի միջոցներ> վատնող անհատը, ով էլ որ լինի , կանգնելով կուսակցության թիկունքում կամ հավակնելով լուրջ դերակատարության թեկուզ կուլիսային ձևով, համենայնդեպս չի կարող երկրի համար խոշոր հաշվով որևէ դրական տեղաշարշ ապահովվել: Նախ Հայաստանում <ահռելի փողեր> ունեն միայն ներկա և նախկին իշխանավորները կամ նրանց հլու-հնազանդ կամակատարները, ասել է ունեն <կեղտոտ փողեր>:

Նման գերծախսեր նրանք կանեն միայն անձնական կամ թիմային քաղաքական որոշ ամբիցիաների բավարարման համար, որն էլ հետագայում տրամաբանորեն պիտի որ հանդիսանա էլ ավելի <ահռելի փողեր> դիզելու նախապայման:
Իսկ այլ միջոց, քան ժողովրդից, երկրից քամել այդ <ահռելի փողերը > առայժմ հայտնի չէ: Ինչևէ, ողբերգական է վիճակը, թեկուզ այն վաղուց իրողություն է: Բայց առավել ողբերգական է, երբ չկա ու չի էլ ուրվագծվում քաղաքականությանը գաղափարական հենքի վրա կառուցելու միտումը նույնիսկ ապագա <քաղաքական նախագծերում>, որն էլ նշանակում է սրանից մի քանի անգամ ավելի <ահռելի վիճակ> երկրի և ժողովրդի համար:
