Երիտասարդներին ընտանիք կազմելուն խաչընդոտող հիմնական գործոններից է բնակարանային խնդիրը: Հիշյալ խնդրի լուծմանն ուղված «Երիտասարդ ընտանիքին` մատչելի բնակարան» պետական նպատակային ծրագրում այսօր կայացած ՀՀ կառավարության նիստում իրականացվել են մի շարք փոփոխություններ: Մասնավորապես՝

1.ավելացվել է Ծրագրի պոտենցիալ շահառու երիտասարդների տարիքային սահմանափակման առավելագույն շեմը, այն է՝ երիտասարդ ամուսինների տարիքը սահմանվել է 18-35՝ ներկայիս 18-30-ի փոխարեն,ինչպես նաև ամուսինների առավելագույն գումարային տարիքը սահմանվել է 65՝ ներկայիս 60-ի փոխարեն:

2.ավելացվել է ծրագրի ներքո ձեռքբերվող բնակարանների առավելագույն արժեքը, մասնավորապես, սահմանելով այն 25 մլն ՀՀ դրամ ներկայիս 16 մլն ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն, ինչը հնարավորություն կընձեռի Ծրագրի պոտենցիալ շահառու երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին ունենալ բնակարանի ընտրության ավելի մեծ հնարավորություն:

3.ավելացվել է Ծրագրի ներքո ձեռք բերվելիք բնակարանների համար տրամադրվող հիփոթեքային վարկերի առավելագույն գումարը, մասնավորապես, սահմանելով այն 17,5 մլն ՀՀ դրամ՝ ներկայիս 11,2 մլն ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն:

4.Երևան քաղաքում եւս տրամադրվող հիփոթեքային վարկերի կանխավճարի նվազագույն չափը սահմանվել է ձեռք բերվող բնակելի տան կամ բնակարանի արժեքի առնվազն 10 տոկոսը` վարկառուի կողմից այլ բնակելի անշարժ գույք գրավադրելու պայմանով:

Հարկ է նշել, որ կատարված փոփոխությունները նպատակ ունեն առավել մեծ թվով երիտասարդ ընտանիքների ներգրավել ծրագրում, որոնք ունեն բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման կարիք, ինչը կարող է նպաստել ժողովրդագրական խնդիրների լուծմանը:
