Ինչու չի կարելի ամուսնալուծությունից հետո ամբողջ կյանքը նվիրել երեխաներին

Որոշ կանայք մտածում են, թե ամուսնալուծությունից հետո միակ բանը, որ իրենց մնում է անելու, ամբողջ կյանքը երեխաներին նվիրելն է: Նրանց կարծիքով, կյանքում ուրիշ հետաքրքրություններ այլեւս չեն կարող լինել:  Սակայն հոգեբանները կարծում են, որ նման մոտեցումը ծայրաստիճան սխալ եւ վնասակար է ոչ միայն հենց կնոջ, այլեւ նրա երեխաների համար: 

Ինչպես NEWS.am Medicine-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշել է հոգեբան Լիլիթ Խաչատրյանը, տարբեր երկրներում հանրության վերաբերմունքն ամուսնալուծությանը տարբեր է:  Շատ երկրներում կանայք հասկանում են, որ ամուսնալուծությունից հետո կյանքը չի ավարտվում եւ իրենց առաջ դեռ շատ հետաքրքիր հնարավորություններ կան ինչպես նոր ընտանիքի ստեղծման, այնպես էլ նոր հետաքրքրություններ, հոբբի, կարիերա եւ այլն գտնելու առումով: Իսկ հայ հասարակությունում ամուսնալուծված կանայք հաճախ այլ կերպ են մտածում. նրանց թվում է, թե իրենք այլեւս ոչ մեկի հետ չպիտի ծանոթանան եւ մտածեն անձնական կյանքի մասին, որ իրենց միակ գործը երեխայի դաստիարակությունն է: 

Սովորաբար կանանց այդպիսին դարձնում է այն դաստիարակությունը, որ ստացել են մանուկ հասակում: Հայաստանում շատ կանանց դաստիարակում են ոչ միայն անինքնուրույն, այլեւ տղամարդկանց հետ շփվելու անկարող: Արդյունքում, ինչպես նշել է հոգեբանը, այդ կանանց թվում է, թե իրենց ամուսնությունը կյանքում միակ ճանապարհն էր եւ այդ ուղին ամուսնալուծությամբ ընդհատվել է: Իսկ որ իրենց կյանքում շատ այլ ուղիներ կան, նրանք չեն մտածում:  

Եթե նման կանայք, չմտածելով ոչ անձնական կյանքի, ոչ հետաքրքրությունների, ոչ հոբբիի եւ կարիերայի մասին` իրենց նվիրում են ընդամենը երեխայի դաստիարակությանը, դա հավանաբար վատագույնն է, որ կարող են անել այդ երեխայի համար, կարծում են շատ մասնագետներ: 

Հարցն այն է, որ նման կանայք, որպես կանոն, իրենց բոլոր խնդիրները կլուծեն երեխայի միջոցով,  համարժեք չեն վերաբերվի երեխային, սխալ կգնահատեն ինչպես նրա պահվածքը, այնպես էլ իրենցը, նրանից կպահանջեն այն, ինչ չարժե պահանջել երեխայից: Հենց երեխային նրանք կպարտադրեն իրենց բոլոր չլուծված խնդիրները: Եվ հազիվ թե կարողանան երեխայի համար իրոք նորմալ դաստիարակություն ապահովել: 

Ինչպես նշել է հոգեբանը, եթե կինը բավարարված չէ սեռական ոլորտում եւ բավարարված չէ կյանքից, եթե նա կյանքում սեփական հետաքրքրություններ չունի, չի կարող առողջ եւ համարժեք երեխա դաստիարակել: 

Այդ պատճառով շատ կարեւոր է, որ ամուսնալուծությունից հետո կինը հասկանա, որ ինքը պիտի շարունակի սեփական կյանքով ապրել, սեփական հետաքրքրություններ ունենալ, իրեն ժամանակ տրամադրել: Նա նաեւ պիտի հասկանա, որ իր առաջ դեռ շատ ուղիներ եւ հնարավորություններ կան, եւ եթե օգտվի դրանցից, ավելի երջանիկ կդարձնի ոչ միայն իրեն, այլեւ իր երեխային:
