Ադրբեջանն ընդլայնում է ԼՂՀ այցելողների զավեշտալի «սեւ ցուցակը»

Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ընդլայնել «առանց Բաքվի թույլտվության» Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն այցելող անձանց համար հատուկ մշակած «սեւ ցուցակը»` այս անգամ ԼՂՀ այցելած Բելգիայի պատգամավորների հաշվին:

Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Հիքմեթ Հաջիեւը «Թրենդ»-ին հայտնել է, որ պատրաստվում են Բելգիայի գործադիր եւ օրենսդիր մարմիններ բողոք ուղարկել Բելգիայի Ֆլամանդիայի շրջանի օրենսդիր մարմնի մի խումբ պատգամավորների ԼՂՀ այցելության առնչությամբ, որը կազմակերպել է «Հանուն արդարության եւ ժողովրդավարության եվրոպացի հայերի ֆեդերացայի» կողմից: Հաջիեւը հայտնել է, որ բելգիացի պատգամավորները կմտց վեն Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ համար «անցանկալի անձանց» «սեւ ցուցակ», որը ստեղծվել է 2013 թվականին:

Articolo21.org կայքն ավելի վաղ հայտնել է, որ Բաքվի իշխանությունների անցանկալի անձանց «սեւ ցուցակում» ընդգրկված են ամբողջ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից 532 անձանց անուններ: Դրանց մեջ են հայտնի քաղաքական եւ հասարակական գործիչներ, թատերական կոլեկտիվներ, գրողներ, լրագրողներ, 20 իտալացիներ, աշխարհառհչակ երգչուհիներ Կազարնովսկայան, Կաբալյեն: Նրանք բոլորը Բաքվի այդ զավեշտալի ցուցակում հայտնվել են միայն այն պատճառով, որ «մեղավոր» են իրենց գործունեության հետ կապված ԼՂՀ այցելության մեջ:

Այդ ցուցակից ԼՂՀ այցելող յուրաքանչյուր ոք հայտարարել է, որ մեղմ ասած` թքած ունի այդ «սեւ ցուցակի» վրա, քանի որ այն հանդիսանում է անմիջական հարձակում իր եւ կարծիք արտահայտելու ազատության վրա:
