2, Կոնտրաստային ցնցուղ։ 10 րոպեի ընթացքում ոտքերը մեկ տաք, մեկ սառը ջրով ցողեք։
3, Խոտաբույսերով սառույց։ Խոտաբույսերով թուրմ պատրաստեք, դրեք սառույցի ափսեի մեջ ու դրեք սառցարանը։ Ապա երեկոյան սառույցի կտորներով մերսեք ոտքերը։
4, Ոտքերի մարզանք։ Պառկեք բազմոցին, ոտքերը դրեք պատին, ապա 3-5 րոպեի ընթացքում հեծանիվ քշելու շարժումներ արեք։
