Մի քանի դիտարկում նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքում լրագրողների իրավունքների սահմանափակման վերաբերյալ հոդվածի առնչությամբ (65-հոդվածի 7-րդ մաս):
Երբ հրապարակվեց նոր ԸՕ-ի նախագիծը քաղհասարակության եւ ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները մտահոգիչ համարեցին այս դրույթը՝ նկատելով, որ նման հոդված ամրագրելով իշխանությունները փորձ են անում հասարակության լայն շերտերի ուշադրությունը սեւեռել այս դրույթի վրա՝ երկրորդ պլան մղելով հիմնական պահանջները (ստորագրված ցուցակների հրապարակում, տեղամասերում տեսսախցիկների տեղադրում, մատների թանաքոտում եւ այլն):
Այս թեզն արդեն իրականություն դառնալուն լուրջ հավակնություն ունի, քանի որ բոլորը շերտերն իրենց պարտքը համարեցին հայտարարել, որ մտահոգված են այս «նորամուծությամբ»:
Նույնիսկ Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի եւ ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի փորձագետների հետ հանդիպումներում ԱԺ խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիներն այս հարցը բարձրացրեցին:
Ուշագրավ է այն, որ արդարադատության նախարարությունն այս հոդվածի վերաբերյալ լրագրողներին(առանց անվանական հրավերի) հրավիրեց քննարկել եւ հարկ եղած դեպքում առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել նախարարություն: Հրավերի վերաբերյալ լրագրողների մի մասը հայտարարեց, որ չեն պատրաստվում մասնակցել քննարկմանը՝ նկատելով, որ ով էլ մասնակցի նա չի կարող ողջ լրագրողական հանրության կողմից հանդես գալ:
Կարծում եմ, որ տրամաբանական է լրագրողների հետ քննարկել իրենց հուզող հարցերը, սակայն այս դեպքում գործընթացն արհեստական է եւ իմիտացիա ստեղծելու փորձ է արվում: Ուստի, չեմ պատրաստվում մասնակցել նմանատիպ աշխատանքային քննարկումների:
Հ.Գ. Իսկ այն լրագրողները, որոնք մտադրություն ունեն իրենց առաջարկները ներկայացնել, ապա նրանք ոչ դավաճան են, ոչ էլ «հաճախորդ»: Կխնդրեի գործընկերներիս հարգանքով վերաբերվել մյուսների որոշուներին:
