Էխինոկոկոզ հիվանդության մասին շատ առասպելներ են հյուսվում, մանավանդ ոչ մասնագետների շրջանում։ Դրա համար որոշեցի անդրադառնալ ամենատարածվածին՝ շան մազը կուլ տալուց կարող ես վարակվել էխինոկոկով։
Ուզում եմ միանգամից հիասթափեցնել բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր անվերապահորեն հավատում են այդ առասպելին։
Ամբողջ ընթացքը պատկերացնելու համար եկեք տեսնենք, թե ինչ է էխինոկոկը։
Էխինակոկը, կամ էխինակոկկոզը հելմինտային (ճիճվային) հիվանդություն է, որի հարուցիչը ժապավենաձև որդ է, որի սեռահասուն ձևը մակաբուծում է շնազգիների աղիներում, հազվագյուտ դեպքերում նաև կատուների։ Իսկ թրթուրային, այս դեպքում բշտային, ձևը կարող է լինել գրեթե բոլոր կաթնասունների, այդ թվում մարդու ներքին օրգաններում (լյարդ, թոքեր, ուղեղ և այլ)։
Հետևաբար հիվանդության զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ է առնվազն 2 օղակ, եթե ոչ 3։ Բոլոր այն մարդիկ, ովքեր տանը պահում են շուն և անընդմեջ շփվում են շների հետ, կարող են վարակվել էխինակոկոզով ՄԻԱՅՆ այն դեպքում, եթե հիվանդ է շունը։ Առողջ շան մազերը կուլ տալու դեպքում էխինակոկոզով հիվանդանալ հնարավոր չէ։
Հիմա տեսնենք, թե ինչպես կարող է հիվանդանալ շունը։ Շանը էխինակոկով հիվանդացնելու միակ ձևը դա էխինակոկի բշտով, որը տեսանելի է անզեն աչքով, ախտահարված ներքին օրգանով կերակրելն է, այսինքն՝ տավարի կամ ոչխարի լյարդ, թոքեր և այլ։ Բացի այդ, շուն պահողները պարտավոր են յուրաքանչյուր 3 ամիսը մեկ ճիճվաթափել իրենց կենդանիներին։ Այդ դեղերը ազդում են միայն սեռահասուն որդերի վրա, բշտերի,կամ ձվերի վրա չեն ազդում, այսինքն՝ մարդուն տալով հարցը չի լուծվում, մարդկանց բուժումը միայն վիրահատական է (գրականության մեջ հայտնի են դեպքեր, որ երկարատև օգտագործելիս ալբենդազոլ կարելի է սպանել բուշտը, սակայն այն կմնա օրգանիզմում)։
Այս ամենից խուսափելու համար պետք է անել հետևյալը.
1, Շներին առհասարակ չկերակրել հում մսով կամ ներքին օրգաններով։
2, Ուշադրություն դարձնել խանութից գնվող ներքին օրգաններին առկա բշտերին և այլ գոյացություններին։
3, Ամեն դեպքում շներին ճիճվաթափել 3 ամիսը մեկ (եթե ոչ 45 օրը մեկ)։
4, Թափառող կամ անծանոթ շների հետ շփվելուց հետո պարտադիր լավ լվացվել՝ նույնիսկ օգտագործելով 96% սպիրտ։
