Ինչպես շոկոլադե կարագ պատրաստել

Տնային պայմաններում շոկոլադե կարագն ավելի համեղ է ստացվում, քան խանութից գնվածը։ Բացի այդ, խանութում վաճառվող կարագը հնարավոր է վնասակար նյութեր պարունակի, իսկ սեփական ձեռքերով պատրաստվածը շատ ավելի քաղցրահամ եւ առողջարար է ստացվում։
Այսպիսով, պատրաստման համար ձեզ անհրաժեշտ է՝ մեկ տուփ կարագ (ավելի նախընտրելի է տնական), կակաոյի փոշի եւ վանիլային շաքար՝ ըստ ցանկության։
Կարագը հարկավոր է տուփից հանել, պատառաքաղի օգնությամբ տրորել եւ ավելացնել կակաոյի փոշին՝ ըստ ճաշակի (եթե դառը շոկոլադի սիրահար եք, ապա կարող եք կես տուփը լցնել)։ Կարագը եւ կակաոն մի լավ խառնելուց հետո պետք է թողնել, որ զանգվածը ներծծվի. կարագը տաքացնել պետք չէ։ 3-4 ժամ անց կակաոն ամբողջովին լուծվում է կարագի մեջ։ Ի դեպ, այս ընթացքում պարբերաբար հարկավոր է խառնել զանգվածը։ Ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է փորք-ինչ վանիլին կամ շաքար ավելացնել՝ ըստ ճաշակի։
Միատարր զանգված ստանալուց հետո, շոկոլադե կարագը կարելի է արդեն տեղափոխել սառնարան։
