«Մեկ շաբաթ Է, Սերժ Սարգսյանը վոյաժների մեջ է՝ Մոսկվա, Հունաստան, Կիպրոս, երեկ արդեն Բրյուսելում էր, որտեղ մասնակցում էր ԵԺԿ գագաթնաժողովին, իսկ մոտ օրերս կմեկնի ԱՄՆ՝ մասնակցելու միջուկային անվտանգության գագաթնաժողովին։
Դիվանագիտական շրջանակները հայտնում են, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրները, առավելապես ԱՄՆ-ը, ջանք չեն խնայում գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպում կազմակերպելու համար։ Ադրբեջանական կողմը արդեն պաշտոնապես հայտնել Է, որ Ալիևը մասնակցելու է ԱՄՆ-ում սպասվող գագաթնաժողովին։ Ի դեպ, ԱՄՆ-ում Է լինելու նաև Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը։ Թերևս պատահական չէր, որ սպասվող այցին նախորդեց Սարգսյանի այցը Մոսկվա։ ԱՄՆ այցին ընդառաջ Ալիևը երեկ ազատ է արձակել տասնյակ քաղբանտարկյալների, որոնց առկայությունն իրենց հերթին ԱՄՆ-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների սրման պատճառ էին դարձել: Սահմանին հայկական կողմի երեկվա զոհն էլ խոսում Է այն մասին, որ իրավիճակն առաջիկա օրերին ավելի է սրվելու։ Հիշեցնենք, Սարգսյան-Ալիև վերջին հանդիպումը մեծ դժվարությամբ կազմակերպվեց 2015-ի դեկտեմբերին, Բեռնում։ ԼՂ շուրջ բանակցություններն այս փուլում փակուղային են։ Թուրքական կողմը շարունակում Է ջանքերը ԱԽ ձևաչափը փոխելու ուղղությամբ»,–գրում է թերթը։
