Հայկական ՏՏ արտադրանքի 80 տոկոսն արտահանվում է ԱՄՆ և Կանադա

Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում 2015 թվականի արտահանման ծավալները զգալիորեն աճել են՝ հասնելով 214.4 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի, ինչը կազմում է ծրագրային ապահովման և ծառայություններ ոլորտի (առանց ինտերնետային ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերությունների) ընդհանուր եկամտի 50 տոկոսը: Արտահանման շուկայում շարունակում են գերիշխել օտարերկրյա ընկերությունները, որոնց՝ արտահանման գծով մասնաբաժինը կազմում է 76 տոկոս:
Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր հիմնադրամի «Հայաստանում տեղեկատվական և հեռահաղոդրակցության տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի հետազոտություն 2015»-ի տվյալներով՝ արտահանումների առավելագույն մասը` մոտ 79.5 տոկոսը, ուղղվում է ԱՄՆ և Կանադա, 10.8 տոկոսը` Եվրոպա, իսկ երրորդ տեղում Ռուսաստանը ու ԱՊՀ երկրներն են, որտեղ ուղղվում են արտահանումների 8.4 տոկոսը: Այլ երկրների շարքում հայկական ծառայությունների նկատմամբ ամենամեծ պահանջարկը ներկայացնում է ԱՄԷ-ն, որը հիմնականում արտապատվիրում է հարմարեցված հաշվապահական, բանկային և ֆինանսական ծրագրեր:
Ծրագրային ապահովման և ծառայությունների ոլորտի խոշոր ձեռնարկությունները օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների մասնաճյուղեր են, որոնք գրեթե ամբողջությամբ արտահանում են իրենց արտադրանքը: Բացի դրանից, շատ տեղական ընկերություններ նույնպես արտահանում են իրենց արտադրանքի և ծառայությունների զգալի մասը: ՏՏ ոլորտի ընկերությունների ավելի քան 50 տոկոսը արտահանում է սեփական արտադրանքն ու ծառայությունները, սակայն արտահանման տարբեր ծավալներով:
Հետազոտության արդյունքում դուրս են բերվել արտահանման ծավալների աճը խոչընդոտող հիմնական գործոնները: Դրանց թվում են միջազգային գործարար հանրության կողմից Հայաստանի և հայկական ՏՏ ոլորտի մասին ոչ լիարժեք իրազեկվածությունը, հիմնական ՏՏ շուկաներից հեռու գտնվելը, ինչպես նաև լեզվական արգելքը, որը, այնուամենայնիվ, սկսել է ավելի քիչ կարևորություն ունենալ:
