Փելեշյանին եւ Հախնազարյանին Երեւանում բնակարաններ կնվիրեն

Երեւանի ավագանին այսօր կքննարկի անվանի կինոռեժիսոր Արտավազդ Փելեշյանին արվեստանոցի համար տարածք նվիրելու հարցը:
Մայրաքաղաքի Լեոյի փողոցի թիվ 1 հասցեում կառուցվող բազմաբնակարան շենքի 5-րդ հարկի մի բնակարանը՝ 127 քմ մակերեսով, անհատույց կօտարվի Փելեշյանին: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանից:
Արտավազդ Փելեշյանը փետրվարի 17-ին դիմել է Երեւանի քաղաքապետին՝ մայրաքաղաքի իր կինոդպրոցում վարպետաց դասընթացներ անցկացնելու խնդրի հետ պայմանավորված՝ բնակարան նվիրելու խնդրանքով:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ մեծանուն կինոռեժիսորն իր անունով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում անշարժ գույքի տեսքով որեւէ սեփականություն չունի: Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը բնակարան կնվիրի նաեւ թավջութակահար, Չայկովսկու անվան միջազգային մրցույթի ոսկե մեդալակիր, «Մովսես Խորենացի» շքանշանակիր Նարեկ Հախնազարյանին:
Նարեկ Հախնազարյանը ծնվել է 1988 թվականին Երեւանում։ 2000 թվականին հրավիրվել է Մոսկվա` պրոֆեսոր Ալեքսեյ Սելեզնյովի դասարանում ուսումը շարունակելու համար: Այդ շրջանում դարձել է ՌԴ մշակույթի նախարարության, ռուս-հայկական «Նոր անուններ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի, «Արամ Խաչատրյան», «Մստիսլավ Ռոստրոպովիչ», «Ռուս կատարողական արվեստ» հիմնադրամների կրթաթոշակառու: Մասնակցել է աշխարհահռչակ երաժիշտների, թավջութակահարների դասընթացներին: Ավարտել է Մոսկվայի պետական կոնսերվատորիան։ Այսօր ԱՄՆ-ի Փասադենա քաղաքի սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի մենակատարն է։
Նարեկ Հախնազարյանն իր ծնողների եւ կնոջ հետ բնակվում է Կոմիտասի պողոտայի ընդամենը 43.7քմ մակերեսով մի բնակարանում, ինչը, ցավոք, հնարավորություն չի տալիս ապահովել լիարժեք ստեղծագործելու համար տարրական պայմաններ։ Հաշվի առնելով Նարեկի մասնագիտական որակները, ինչպես նաեւ բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման խիստ անհրաժեշտությունը՝ Երեւանի ավագանին այսօր կքննարկի նրան Արամի փողոցում 115,9 քմ մակերեսով բնակարան նվիրելու հարցը:
