Վլադ Կարախանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում  գրում է.

Չինաստանի կողմից առաջադրված «Մեկ գոտի և մեկ ուղի» նախաձեռնությունը բաց և տնտեսական դիվանագիտության բարձր մակարդակի մի նախագիծ է, որը նպատակ ունի խթանել «Մետաքսի ճանապարհ» նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցող համագործակցությունը: Դրան արդեն իսկ դրական են արձագանքել ավելի քան 60 երկիր:

«Մեկ գոտի և մեկ ուղի» նախաձեռնության շրջանակներում Չինաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև երկկողմ հարաբերությունները ամրապնդվել են, իսկ գործնական համագործակցությունը տնտեսության և առևտրի ոլորտներում դրական առաջընթաց է արձանագրել նախորդ տարի:

Ըստ երկու երկրների հրապարակած տվյլաների Չինաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև երկկողմ առևտրի ծավալը 2015 թվականին հասել է 330 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի՝ արձանագրելով տարեկան 13.9 % աճ, որից Չինաստանից Հայաստան արտահանումների ծավալը կազմել է 114 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ տարեկան կտրվածքով նվազելով 7.5 %-ով, մինչ Հայաստանից կատարված ներկրումները Չինաստան կազմել են 217 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ տարեկան կտրվածքով ավելանալով 29.5 %-ով:

ՀՀ-ից Չինաստան արտահանվող ապրանքատեսակներց են պղինձը և պղնձի խտանյութը,ալկոհոլային և ադամանդե արտադրանքը և այլն: Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, երկու կողմերի միջև առկա տնտեսական հարաբերությունները դրական միտում ունեն: Դա ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատում է վերը նշված նախաձեռնության հեռանկարային և փոխշահավետ լինելու հանգամանքը:
