Ադրբեջանը պետք է ազատ արձակի բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալներին. ԱՄՆ

Ադրբեջանում 14 քաղբանտարկյալների ազատ արձակվելու հետ կապված ԱՄՆկոնգրեսի Եվրոպայում անվտանգության եւհամագործակցության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ ՔրիսՍմիթը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է ազատ արձակի բոլոր քաղաքական բանտարկյալներին, որոնք դատապարտվել են շինծու մեղադրանքներով:
Այս մասին ամերիկացի կոնգրեսականը հայտարարել է «Ամերիկայի ձայն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայությանը տված հարցազրույցում:
«Մենք անհանգստացած ենք քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով բանտում պահվող մյուս մարդկանց ճակատագրով: Անհապաղ պետք է ազատ արձակվեն իրավապաշտպան Ինթիգամ Ալիեւը, լրագրող Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան, REAL շարժման առաջնորդ Իլգար Մամեդովը: Ադրբեջանը պետք է ազատ արձակի բոլոր քաղբանտարկյլաներին», -ասել է Սմիթը:
Կոնգրեսականը Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւին կոչ է արել չեղյալ հայտարարել մարդու իրավունքները խախտող մեծ թվով հակաժողովրդավարական օրենքներն ու կանոնները:
Ադրբեջանցի իրավապաշտպանները Ալիեւի կողմից 14 քաղբանտարկյալներին ներում շնորհելը «ծովում կաթիլ» են բնութագրել՝ հայտարարելով, որ այն կիսատ-պռատ է, քանի ազատ են արձակվել միայն 10 քաղբանտարկյալներ:
Քաղբանտարկյալների մոնիտորինգի կենտրոնի ղեկավար Էլշան Հասանովը «Թուրան»-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ իրենց կազմակերպությունը ներկայացրել է 107 քաղբանտարկյալների անուններ, բայց ներում է շնորհվել միայն նրանց փոքր մասին:
«Մենք գոնե 65-70 քաղբանտարկյալների ներում էինք սպասում: Նրանց մեջ չկան Իլգար Մամեդովը, առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Ալի Ինսանովը, ներում չի շնորհվել նաեւ Լեյլա եւ Արիֆ Յունուս ամուսիններին, որոնց թույլ չի տրվում բուժման մեկնել արտասահման: Ներկայում բանտում մնում է միակ կին քաղբանտարկյալ Խադիջա Իսմայիլովան: Ներում ստացածների մեջ չկա հավատացյալներից ոչ մեկը», -ասել է Հասանովը:
«Ադրբեջանն առանց քաղբանտարկյալների» հասարակական դաշինքի ղեկավար Օգթայ Գյուլալիեւը ընդամենը 10 քաղբանտարկյալներին ներումը «մեծ սպասումների ֆոնին փոքր քայլ» է անվանել:
«Բացասական միտում է, երբ մի քանի քաղբանտարկյալի ազատ արձակելուց հետո իշխանությունները ձերբակալում են նորերին: Այդ պատճառով, արդեն երկար ժամանակ Ադրբեջանում քաղբանտարկյալների թիվը գտնվում է 100 մարդու մակարդակին», -ասել է նա:
