ԼՂ ՊԲ զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում զենքի օգտագործման կանոնների խախտման հետեւանքով մահացած 19-ամյա ժամկետային զինծառայող Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը ծնունդով Արմավիրի մարզի Արևիկ գյուղից է, բայց արդեն երկար տարիներ բնակվում էր Աշտարակ քաղաքի Մուղնիի թաղամասում:
 
«Երևանից սեփականտեր կա Մուղնիում, հողամաս ունի, անասուններ, այգի, թռչնանոց, իրենք ընտանիքով մոտ 8 տարի բնակվել են այդ մարդու այգետնակում, նրա հողամասն են մշակել: Աշխատող խելոք ընտանիք են»,-Shabat.am-ին փոխանցեց Մուղնիի թաղապետ Մնացական Գրիգորյանը: «Հովհաննեսն ունի երկու քույր ու մեկ եղբայր, ինքը ընտանիքի ավագն է: Ծնողներին էր օգնում մինչև բանակ զորակոչվելը, տեղի դպրոցն է հաճախել 4-5 տարի, հետո ռազմական դպրոց է գնացե,լ սովորել ու զորակոչվել բանակ: Խելոք երեխա էր, ոչ մեկի հավատն էլ չի գալիս…»,-շարունակեց Գրիգորյանը:
 
Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը դպրոցական ընկերներից մեկն էլ մեզ հետ զրույցում բացառեց, որ ընկերը իրեն կարող էր վնասել զնզգուշության հետևանքով. «Հովոն էդ տիպի տղա չի, որ ինչ-որ մի բանի համար ինքն իրան խփեր, դա հաստատ կարող եմ ասել: Ինքը սաղի մոտ հարգանք էր ձեռք բերել: Անզգուշությամբ չէր կարող վնասել: Ինքն նենց տղա էր, որ իրա ասածն իր ա համար օրենք էր: Ինքը ռազմականում է ծառայել երեք տարի ու զենքը մանրամասն ամեն ինչ գիտեր, նենց չի, որ կարող էր միամիտ կրակել»: ԸՆկերոջ խոսքով, Հովհաննեսը ծառայությունից գոհ է եղել. «Որ եկել էր արձակուրդ, ասում էր շատ լավ ա»,-ասաց ընկերը և փոխանցեց, որ Հովհաննեսը ութ ամիս էր, ինչ ծառայում էր:
 
Նշենք, որ զինծառայողը զոհվել է մարտի 17-ին՝ ժամը 17:30-ի սահմանում, ՊԲ հարավային ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում զենքի օգտագործման կանոնների խախտման հետևանքով: Դեպքի մանրամասները պարզելու համար կատարվում է քննություն: Նշենք, որ մարտի 17-ին և լույս 18-ի գիշերը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում հակառակորդը, տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից, հայ դիրքապահների ուղղությամբ արձակել է ավելի քան 600 կրակոց:
 
ՊԲ առաջապահ զորամասերը հակառակորդի նախահարձակ գործողությունները ճնշելու համար դիմել են թիրախային պատժիչ գործողությունների:
