Ընկերության աշխատակիցները 50 միլիոն դրամ են յուրացրել

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ է ընդունվել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: Ըստ ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծարայության մատուցած տվյալների՝ 2012-ին «Մավա իմպուլս» ՍՊԸ փոխտնօրեն Ս. Ն.-ն ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ առանց ընկերության տնօրենի եւ սեփականատիրոջ գիտության ու համաձայնության՝ ընկերության աշխատակիցները 2009թ. փետրվար-մարտ ամիսներին 50 միլիոն դրամից ավելի ընդհանուր արժեք ունեցող տարբեր ապրանքներ են վաճառել, որից ստացված եւ ընկերության դրամարկղ մուտք եղած գումարները տնօրինել են ապօրինի եղանակով:
Սակայն դեպքի առթիվ Ոստիկանության նախկին քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Մաշտոցի քննչական բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերով քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժվել է՝ հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով: Հիշյալ ընկերության կողմից ներկայացված բողոքի հիմքով վերացվել է քրեական գործ հարուցելը մերժելու մասին որոշումը, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ եւ ոստիկանության նախկին քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Մաշտոցի բաժնում կատարվել նախաքննություն:
Շուրջ 4 տարի տեւած քննության ընթացքում քրեական գործով վարույթը քննիչի կողմից բազմիցս կարճվել է հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով, սակայն քրեական գործով վարույթը կարճելու մասին որոշումները վերացվել են դատախազի կողմից: Հետագայում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը գործի փաստական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ լրիվ, օբյեկտիվ եւ բազմակողմանի քննություն երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով՝ քրեական գործը քննության է ուղարկել Հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
