Պերմյակովի գործով դատական նիստին հրապարակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության արդյունքները

Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմաբազայի տարածքում շարունակվում է Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով դատական նիստը: Այս պահին հրապարակվում են փաստաթղթերը:

Դատարանն այսօր հրապարակել է մի քանի փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունները. Պերմյակովը և նրա ծառայակիցները, ովքեր 2015թ. հունվարի 12-ին հերթապահություն են իրականացրել, ենթարկվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության, համաձայն որի` նրանք թմրանյութի կամ ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ չեն եղել:

Հրապարակվել է նաև Բայանդուր գյուղի ուղեկալի տարածքում տեղազննման արձանագրությունը, համաձայն որի` ուղեկալից ոչ հեռու` պոմպակայանի մոտ, հայտնաբերվել է տնակ, որտեղ թաքնվել է Պերմյակովը: Տնակում հայտնաբերվել են անկողնային պարագաներ և հագուստ, ինչն  էլ, ըստ պետական մեղադրողի, տալիս է այն հարցի պատասխանը, թե ինչու է Պերկյակովը ձերբալկալման ժամանակ եղել բարակ հագուստով:

Նախորդ դատական նիստն ընդմիջվել էր Պերմյակովի ինքնազգացողության վատացման պատճառով: Այս ընթացքում նա ենթարկվել է հետազոտման և այսօր` դատն սկսվելուց առաջ, հայտարարեց, որ իրեն լավ է զգում:

Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականիհունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան՝ ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում. նրանց մահը վրա է հասելհրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսականփոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներովտեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն, այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Նշանակվել էինդատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելուփորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը: Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը): Վալերի Պերմյակովին քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին» և ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք են առաջադրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համ ար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Ռուսական կողմում հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եւ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համար օգոստոսի 12-ին դատապարտվել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
