ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ուղերձ է հղել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասված է.
«2016 թվականի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի երկամսյակի մեկնարկը հերթական անգամ ի ցույց է դնում Հայաստանում ֆրանկոֆոն մշակույթի նկատմամբ դրսևորվող մեծ հետաքրքրությունը:
Այս տարի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի երկամսյակի շրջանակներում Երևանում և Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում կանցկացվեն շուրջ 600 մշակութային, կրթական և համալսարանական միջոցառումներ: Սա, հիրավի, բացառիկ ցուցանիշ է, որ երբևէ գրանցվել է տարիներ ի վեր Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային օրվա` մարտի 20-ի կապակցությամբ կազմակերպվող տոնակատարությունների շարքում:
Հայաստանը կարող է հպարտ լինել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի ջահը բարձր պահելու համար, ինչը, թերևս, Ֆրանկոֆոնիային, դրա մշակութային և լեզվական բազմազանության, հանդուրժողականության, միասնականության և փոխըմբռնման արժեքներին Հայաստանի նվիրվածության վկայությունն է:
Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ այս խանդավառությամբ առաջին հերթին ոգեշնչված են երիտասարդները: Հատկապես ողջունելի է, որ ֆրանկոֆոն մշակույթին նվիրված միջոցառումների զգալի մասն անցկացվելու է 200-ից ավելի հիմնական և ավագ, արվեստի և երաժշտական դպրոցներում, համալսարաններում:
Ֆրանկոֆոն այս մեծ իրադարձությունը, հաջորդելով այն դրական արձագանքին ու հաջողությանը, որը գլխավոր քարտուղար տիկին Միկաել Ժանի և կազմակերպության շուրջ 80 անդամ և դիտորդ երկրների նախարարների և պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարների ներկայությամբ գրանցեց Երևանում անցկացված Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի 31-րդ նախարարական համաժողովը, Ֆրանկոֆոնիան իր բոլոր կողմերով ճանաչելի դարձնելու Հայաստանի ցանկության ևս մեկ դրսևորումն է:
Ազդարարելով ֆրանկոֆոն երկամսյակի մեկնարկը՝ կցանկանայի իմ շնորհակալական խոսքը հղել ՀՀ պետական կառույցներին, Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված՝ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի անդամ և դիտորդ երկրների դեսպանություններին և ֆրանկոֆոն հաստատություններին, որոնք իրենց կարևոր ներդրումն են ունեցել Հայաստանում 2016 թվականի Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի երկամսյակի կազմակերպման գործում:
