Կինը ամուսնու ծնողների ոսկեղենն է գողացել

Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Հասմիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից մեծ չափերով գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ:
Մասնավորապես ըստ Դատական տեղելատվական համակարգի՝ Հասմիկ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա բնակվելով ամուսնու բնակարանում՝ 2010-2012թթ. հանցավոր դիտավորությամբ` շարունակաբար, մաս-մաս գաղտնի հափշտակել է նույն բնակարանում գտնվող իր ամուսնու ծնողների ննջասենյակում պահված եւ վերջիններիս պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափի` 91 միլիոն 276 հազար 754 դրամին համարժեք 254 հազար 963 ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր արժողությամբ տարբեր տեսակի ոսկյա եւ թանկարժեք քարերով զարդերը, ոսկյա եւ արծաթյա սպասքի պարագաները: Դրանից բացի Հասմիկ Հարությունյանը խաբեությամբ խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ 2012թ-ի հունվարին հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ՌԴ-ում բնակվող ամուսնու մորաքրոջ հետ, որի ընթացքում վերջինիս խնդրել է իրեն ուղարկել չորս հազար ամերիկյան դոլար` խոստանալով մարել գումարը, իսկ այդ գումարի անհրաժեշտությունը բացատրել ամուսնու պարտքերը մարելու պատճառաբանությամբ:
Այնուհետեւ ստանալով նշված գումարը՝ այն ծախսել է իր անձնական կարիքների համար ու չի վերադարձրել: Բացի այդ Հասմիկ Հարությունյանը խաբեությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ 2012թ-ի մայիս ամսին հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ամուսնու ազգականների հետ եւ պարտքով 15 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար խնդրել` պատճառաբանելով, թե իբր նշված չափի գումարներ վերցնելով մարել է ամուսնու եղբոր պարքը, եւ ներկայումս իր պարտատերերը պահանջում են վերադարձնել այդ գումարը, սպառնում իր եւ իր երեխաների կյանքին ու առողջությանը: Հետագայում Հասմիկ Հարությունյանը ստացել է նշված գումարը եւ ծախսել այն իր անձնական կարիքների համար ու չի վերադարձրել այն ամուսնու բարեկամներին` այդ կերպ խաբեությամբ հափշտակելով վերջիններիս պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումարը:
Այս բոլոր վերոհիշյալ հանցանքները կատարելու համար Հասմիկ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի հետեւյալ երկու հոդվածներով՝ 177-րդ հոդվածի երրորդ մասի առաջին կետով, 178-րդ հոդվածի երրորդ մասի առաջին կետով եւ նույն հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի երկրորդ կետով: Դատարանը վճիռ էր կայացրել եւ կնոջը դատապարտել չորս տարի վեց ամիս ժամկետով ազատազրկման եւ 100 հազար դրամի չափով տուգանքի: Սրանից բացի՝ Հասմիկ Հարությունյանից պետք է բռնագանձվեր 50 հազար ամերիկյան դոլար՝ վերոհիշյալ հափշտակված գումարը տերերին վերադարձնելու համար:
Գործը որոշ ժամանակ անց Վերաքննիչ դատարան էր ուղարկվել, նախկին դատավճիռը բեկանվել էր եւ այս անգամ Հասմիկ Հարությունյանը դատապարտվել էր յոթ տարվա ազատազրկման:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
