ՀՀ վարչապետը կարևորել է արտակարգ իրավիճակների հայ-ռուսական փոխգործակցության զարգացումը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը մարտի 18-ին ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության, արտակարգ իրավիճակների և աղետների հետևանքների վերացման նախարար Վլադիմիր Պուչկովին:
Վարչապետը շնորհավորել է Վլադիմիր Պուչկովին՝ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի փրկարար ծառայությունների համագործակցության խորացման, հայ-ռուսական բարեկամական կապերի ամրապնդման և զարգացման գործում ներդրած նշանակալի ավանդի համար ՀՀ Նախագահի կողմից Բարեկամության շքանշանով պարգևատրվելու առթիվ և բարձր գնահատել նրա ներդրումը նաև Սպիտակի երկրաշարժի հետևանքների վերացման գործում:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, կառավարության ղեկավարը կարևորել է հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության զարգացումը և խորացումը, որի ուղղություններից մեկն էլ արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման և հաղթահարման բնագավառում համագործակցության ընդլայնումն է: Վարչապետը ողջունել է մարտի 18-ին ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզում հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնի բա ցումը և վստահություն հայտնել, որ այն արդյունավետ գործունեություն կծավալի:
Վլադիմիր Պուչկովը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել վարչապետ Աբրահամյանին ջերմ խոսքերի համար՝ նշելով, որ իր համար մեծ պատիվ է ՀՀ Նախագահի կողմից Բարեկամության շքանշանով պարգևատրվելը: Պարոն Պուչկովը կարևորել է հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնի բացումը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այն կնպաստի այդ ոլորտում երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության որակապես նոր մակարդակի բարձրացմանը և համատեղ նոր ծրագրերի իրականացմանը:
Վարչապետը գոհունակություն է հայտնել Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ԱԻ նախարարությունների փոխգործակցության կապակցությամբ և կարևորել ինչպես արտակարգ իրավիճակների, այնպես էլ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության բնագավառում դրա զարգացումն ու խորացումը:
