Մոսկվայի 87-ամյա բնակչուհին որոշել է դեմ գնալ այն ասացվածքին, թե ոչ մի հարստություն հետդ չես տանի այն աշխարհ։
Նա որոշել է, որ իր մահանալու ժամանակն է ու կուլ է տվել խոշոր զմրուխտ քարը, որպեսզի այն իր մահվանից հետո հարազատներին չմնա։ Արդյունքում նա հայտնվել է հիվանդանոցում եւ չնայած իր իսկ կանխատեսումներին՝ ողջ է մնացել։ Բժիշկն ասել է, որ կինը չի ցանկացել, որպեսզի բժիշկներն իրեն օգնեն, պահանջել է, որպեսզի «իրեն թույլ տան հանգիստ մահանալ»։ Միայն երբ բժիշկները զգուշացրել են նրան, որ կուլ տված քարը կարող է դաժան ու տանջալից մահվան պատճառ դառնալ, կինը համաձայնվել է, որպեսզի իրեն վիրահատեն։
Նշվում է, որ կինն ապրում է որդու, հարսի ու երկու թոռնիկների հետ, եւ վերջին շրջանում հարազատներին հետ վիճել է՝ ասելով, որ իր նկատմամբ ուշադիր չեն, ու ինքն իր թանկարժեք քարը իր հետ գերեզման է տանելու՝ «անշնորհակալ» ժառանգները ոչինչ չեն ստանա։ Վիրահատությունից հետո կինը քարը կրկին վերցրել է իրեն։
