Շուտով կերևա, թե ռուսները ինչու են զորախմբի մի մասը Սիրիայից դուրս բերում

Ալեն Ղևոնդյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Վերջին օրերին շատ մեկնաբաններ, փորձագետներ կարծիքներ են հայտնում, թե Ռուսաստանն ինչու է դուրս բերում իր զորամիավորումների մեծ մասը Սիրիայից: Հայրենի մտածողների մի մասը նշում է, թե ռուսները հերթական անգամ պարտվել են ու համաձայն իրենց վաղեմի սովորությանը «քցեցին Ասադին»: Փորձագետների մյուս մասը՝ կարծում է, որ ՌԴ-ն լուծել է իր առջև դրված խնդիրները ու սիրիական օպերացիան կարելի է դրական գնահատել: Երրորդ մասն էլ փորձում է միջանկյալ կարծիք հայտնել, թե «Ռուսաստանը վերադարձել է Մերձավոր Արևելք ու խնդիրների մի մասը լուծեց, մյուսները՝ դեռևս՝ ոչ»: Ներկայացված երեք մոտեցումներն էլ բնականաբար գոյության իրավունք ունեն, սակայն վերոնշյալ հիմնական հարցադրմանը պատասխանելու համար մենք, պետք է առնվազն պատասխանենք մի քանի կոնկրետ հարցերի.
- Որքանո՞վ մենք կարող ենք նշել, թե կարծաժամկետ, միջնաժամկետ ու երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքում ֆիքսել, թե ռուսները Սիրիայում «իրականում» ինչ նպատակներ էին հետապնդում:
- Հաշվի առնելով ժամանակակից աշխարհում քարոզչական բաղադրիչը՝ պետք է հասկանալ, թե Սիրիայում այս պահին ի՞նչ ուժային հարաբերակցություն է առկա, և որքանո՞վ է ռուսների նման քայլը շահեկան մի կողմից՝ Ասադի, մյուս կողմից՝ հենց ռուսների հռչակած մոտեցումների տեսանկյունից:
- Որքանո՞վ է ռուսական զորքերի դուրսբերումն անդրադառնալու իրավիճակի կայունացման նրանց՝ նախապես հռչակած խնդիրների լուծման և ՌԴ-ի գլոբալ դերակատարման վերականգնման վրա, երբ դեռ հստակեցումներ չկան Սիրիայի հետագա քաղաքական ճակատագրի մասով:
- Ունենալով զոհեր ու տեխնիկայի որոշակի կորուստներ՝ ռուսները ի՞նչ առարկայական, նյութական օգուտներ ունեցան հենց այս պահին Սիրիայից զորքի մի մասի դուրսբերմամբ դուրս գալով:
Ռուսաստանի նման երկրի քաղաքականության նրբերանգների վերաբերյալ կարծիքները, գնահատականները բարդ, երբեմն էլ անշնորհակալ գործ է: Սակայն, եթե այս պահին (իսկ Սիրայում «հռչակված» խնդիրները դեռևս չեն լուծվել) ռուսները զորքի մի մասը հանում են, ապա պարզ է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առնվազն ունեն ինչ-որ պայմանավորվածություն միգուցե Սիրիայի մասով, միգուցե Ուկրաինայի հետ կապված, միգուցե ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների մասով, միգուցե բոլորը միասին:
Սա հավանաբար այն դեպքերից է, երբ շատ շուտով կերևա, թե իրավիճակն ինչ ուղղությամբ է զարգանալու ու հստակ կուրվագծվեն ռուսների՝ նման վարքի հիմնական դրդապատճառները:
