ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչները դրական են գնահատել Հայաստանի ջանքերը միգրացիայի կառավարման և ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի ոլորտներում

ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Վիգեն Քոչարյանի համանախագահությամբ մարտի 18-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում տեղի է ունեցել ԵՄ-Հայաստան արդարադատության, ազատության և անվտանգության հարցերով ենթակոմիտեի 7-րդ նիստը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են կոռուպցիայի և ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարը, դատաիրավական բարեփոխումները, միգրացիոն խնդիրները, սահմանների կառավարումը, վիզաների դյուրացման գործընթացը, ինչպես նաև իրավական փոխօգնության ո ւ անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանությանը վերաբերող հարցերը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ պետական տարբեր գերատեսչությունների և Եվրոպական միության ներկայացուցիչներ:

Նախարարի տեղակալ Վիգեն Քոչարյանը կարևորել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ միջև երկխոսության և տարբեր ոլորտներում առկա համագործակցության զարգացումը: Արձանագրելով, որ արդարադատության, ազատության և անվտանգության հարցերը հանդիսանում են այդպիսի համագործակցության առանցքային ոլորտներից մեկը, նա նշել է, որ դա նաև արտացոլվելու է նախապատրաստվող ԵՄ-ՀՀ համագործակցության իրավական հիմքը սահմանող հիմնարար պայմանագրում: Ներկայացնելով ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականությունը՝ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ ընդգծել է, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը ՀՀ իշխանությունների առ աջնային խնդիրներից է, և այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացվում են ինստիտուցիոնալ և օրենսդրական մի շարք բարեփոխումներ: Նրա խոսքով՝ հետագա քայլերի մշակմանը նախատեսվում է ոլորտի լավագույն միջազգային փորձագետների ներգրավումը, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության ակտիվ մասնակցությունը հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագրերի իրականացման աշխատանքներին: 

ԵՄ գործընկերների խնդրանքով Վիգեն Քոչարյանը ներկայացրել է նաև դատաիրավական ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների ընթացքը: Նախարարի տեղակալն ընդգծել է, որ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ դատական համակարգի անկախության ամրապնդման նպատակով սահմանվել են առավել գործուն և արդյունավետ երաշխիքներ, որոնցով կապահովվի դատարանի թե՛ ներքին, թե՛ արտաքին անկախությունը, կբարձրանա անկաշկանդ գործելու հնարավորությունները:

Ենթակոմիտեի համանախագահ Եվրոպական արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայության Արևելյան գործընկերության վարչության ղեկավար Դիրկ Շուեբելը և ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին վստահեցրել են՝ ԵՄ-ն պատրաստ է շարունակելու աջակցությունը Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարփոխումներին և խորացնելու երկկողմ համագործակցությունը: Նրանք ընդգծել են, որ դատաիրավական և այլ ոլորտների բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանում մշակվել է լավ ռազմավարություն և գործողությունների ծրագրեր՝ միևնույն ժամանակ արձանագրելով, որ դեռևս լուծում պահ անջող խնդիրների հետ մեկտեղ առկա է զգալի առաջընթաց:

ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչները դրական են գնահատել Հայաստանի ջանքերը կառավարման թափանցիկության, հանրային ոլորտի զարգացման, միգրացիայի կառավարման, ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի ու սահմանների վերասկողության ոլորտներում և պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել շարունակելու և խորացնելու համագործակցությունը:
