Ռուսաստանից փախած Շալվա Չիգիրինսկուն ԱՄՆ-ում ձերբակալել են

Ռուսաստանցի գործարար Շալվա Չիգիրինսկուն ամերիկյան Քենթուքի նահանգում ձերբակալել են՝ անչափահաս աղջկա հետ կապ ունենալու համար: Այս մասին հաղորդում է տեղական Greenwich Time պարբերականը:
66-ամյա գործարարի մեղադրում են քրեական երկու հոդվածով՝ անչափահասին մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու վտանգի եւ 16 տարին չլրացած անձի հետ ապօրինի կապի համար:
Չիգիրինսկուն ազատ են արձակել 50 հազար դոլարի չափով գրավի դիմաց: Գործով առաջին դատական լսումները կայացել են մարտի 17-ին, Սթամֆորդ քաղաքում: Հաջորդ նիստը կկայանա մարտի 29-ին:
Գործարարի փաստաբան Օդրի Ֆելսենը Greenwich Time-ին ասել է, որ իր պաշտպանյալն անմեղ է: Նրա խոսքով, նրա դեմ մեղադրանքներն առաջադրվել են նախկին կնոջ՝ Տատյանա Պանչենկովայի հետ իրենց չորս երեխաների խնամակալության շուրջ դատավարության ընթացքում: Պանչենկովան նախկին ամուսնուն մեղադրում է նաեւ ընտանեկան բռնության եւ սպանության սպառնալիքի մեջ:
Ըստ lenta-ի, Շալվա Չիգիրինսկին մինչեւ 2009 թվականը զբաղեցրել է Մոսկովյան նավթագազային ընկերության նախագահի պաշտոնը: Մոսկվայի գլխավոր քննչական վարչությունը նրա դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցել՝ ընկերության կողմից հարկերը չվճարելու փաստով: Գործարարին մինչեւ 6 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում էր սպառնում: Քրեական գործի հարուցումից հետո Չիգիրինսկին հեռացել է Ռուսաստանից: 2010 թվականի նոյեմբերին մեղադրանքները հանվել են:
