Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Արտակ Թադևոսյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Տիգրան Ս.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:
Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 25-ամյա Տիգրանը 2015 թվականի մարտի 13-ին, ժամը 17-ն անց 50-ի սահմաններում իր կողմից վարած «Օպել Աստրա» մեքենայով Արթիկ քաղաքի Ս. Դավթի փողոցով դեպի Գյումրի 30-60 կմ/ժ արագությամբ ընթանալիս խախտել է ՃԵԿ 67-րդ կետի պահանջները:
Իր ընթացքի համար վտանգավոր իրավիճակն առաջանալու պահից՝ Արթիկ քաղաքի անչափահաս բնակիչ՝ 2007 թվականի հուլիսին ծնված, դեպքի պահին 7 տարեկան տղայի կողմից հեծանիվ վարելով երկրորդական ճանապարհից իր ուղեմաս դուրս գալու պահից Տիգրան Ս.-ն երեխային վրաերթի ենթարկելուց խուսափելու համար ժամանակին միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկել՝ չի արգելակել, մեքենայի ընթացքի արագությունը չի իջեցրել ընդհուպ մինչև մեքենան կանգնեցնելը:
Նա նույն արագությամբ շարունակել է ընթանալ, ինչի պատճառով իր ուղեմասում վրաերթի է ենթարկել յոթամյա երեխային և անզգուշությամբ նրան մահ է պատճառել:
Տիգրան Ս.-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:
Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում ամբաստանյալ Տիգրան Ս.-ն իրեն լիովին մեղավոր է ճանաչել, զղջացել է, միջնորդել է գործը քննել արագացված ընթացակարգով:
Դատարանը հաշվի է առել, որ ամբաստանյալը գործուն միջոցներ է ձեռնարկել տուժող կողմին պատճառված նյութական վնասը փոխհատուցելու ուղղությամբ:
Տուժողի իրավահաջորդը Տիգրան Ս.-ի դեմ բողոք, պահանջ չի ունեցել, չի առարկել, որ գործը քննվի արագացված կարգով:
Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը Տիգրան Ս.-ին մեղավոր է ճանաչել մահվան ելքով վրաերթի համար ու դատապարտել է 2 տարի ազատազրկման՝ 2 տարով նրան զրկելով տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքից:
Կիրառվել է պայմանական դատապարտություն և Տիգրան Ս.-ի նկատմամբ սահմանվել է 2 տարի փորձաշրջան:
