Հեպատիտ C-ի բուժման դեղերի նոր համադրությունը կօգնի նաև ՁԻԱՀ-ով հիվանդներին

Քալիֆորնիայի համալսարանի Սան Դիեգոյի բժշկագիտության դպրոցի հետազոտողները բացահայտել են դեղերի նոր համադրություն, որը դրական ազդեցություն կթողնի միաժամանակ հեպատիտ C-ով և ՁԻԱՀ-ով տառապող հիվանդների վրա: Հեպատիտ C-ով հիվանդների մոտ 20-30 տոկոսը նաև ՁԻԱՀ-ի վարակակիր է: Երկու հիվանդությունների վիրուսներն ունեն վարակի փոխանցման նույն ուղիները, սակայն հեպատիտ C-ի արդի դեղամիջոցների մեծամասնությունն ունի բացասական ազդեցություն ՁԻԱՀ-ի բուժման դեպքում:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով Science Daily պարբերականը, դիսկլատասվիր և սոֆոսվուբիր տիպի դեղորայքները ոչ միայն օգնում են բուժել հեպատիտ C-ն, այնպես էլ դրական են ազդում ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարում: New England Journal of Medicine ամսագրում հրատարակված հոդվածի համաձայն՝ դեղերի նոր համադրությունը օգնում է հեպատիտ C-ով և միաժամանակ ՁԻԱՀ-ով տառապողներին 97%-ով:

«Հեպատիտ C-ով և միաժամանակ ՁԻԱՀ-ով վարակված հիվանդների բուժման ժամանակ հեպատիտի դեմ պայքարի դեղերի գերիշխող մեծամասնությունը բարդություններ են առաջացնում կամ բացառում են ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարող դեղերի դրական ազդեցությունը: Այս հետազոտության արդյունքները կարևոր են նրանով, որ նոր դեղերի համադրությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս միաժամանակ կատարել հեպատիտ C-ի և ՁԻԱՀ-ի դեմ պայքարը»,- ասաց հետազոտության ղեկավար Դեյվիդ Ուիլեսը:

12 շաբաթ տևողությամբ հետազոտությանը մասնակցել են 151 հիվանդ, որոնց առողջական վիճակի մոնիթորինգը շարունակվել է բուժումից հետո ևս 24 շաբաթվա ընթացքում:

Հետազոտության կարևորությունը նաև այն է, որ հեպատիտ C-ն առաջին հերթին քայքայիչ ազդեցություն է ունենում լյարդի վրա, իսկ նույն օրգանի քայքայումն առավել տարածված է նաև ՁԻԱՀ-ով հիվանդների մոտ: Հետևաբար, գիտնականները հավաստում են, որ վերը նշված երկու ղեղամիջոցների համադրության դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի նվազեցնել հեպատիտ C-ով և ՁԻԱՀ-ով տառապողների շրջանում մահացության դեպքերի քանակը:
