Պատրաստման եղանակ
Նախապես տաքացնել ջեռոցը 200 աստիճան: Ձվերը հարիչով հարել շաքարավազի հետ՝ մինչև սպիտակեն: Ավելացնել մեղրը, սոդան, ընկույզը՝ յուրաքանչյուրը լցնելուց հետո հարելով: Վերջում ավելացնել ալյուրը, փայտյա գդալով խառնել: Ջեռոցի քառանկյուն տապակի մեջ յուղաթուղթ դնել, լավ պատել բուսայուղով, ստացված խմորը մտովի բաժանել 3 մասի, քանի որ պետք է 3 շերտ թխել: Խմորը լցնել տապակի մեջ, գդալի օգնությամբ տարածել և թխել, պետք է նշել, որ շատ արագ է թխվում, ուստի թողնել այնքան՝ մինչև կարմրի, հանել և անմիջապես շրջել որևէ մատուցարանի կամ հարթ տարայի վրա: Այսպես 3 անգամ: Կրեմ - Լավ հարել կարագը, քիչ-քիչ ավելացնել եփած խտացրած կաթը, վանիլինը: Կրեմը քսել շերտերի վրա, վերջում վրան մանրացրած ընկույզ կամ քերած շոկոլադ լցնել, ծածկել և թողնել մի քանի ժամ, որ կրեմը ծծվի և փափկի:
