Վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի արժութային շուկան արժեւորման փուլ է մտել։ Դրան նպաստել են սեզոնային որոշ գործոններով պայմանավորված տարադրամային հոսքերի ավելացումը, ինչը հանգեցրել է հատկապես ամերիկյան արժույթի թուլացմանը։ Մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում դոլարի գինը նվազել է գրեթե 10 նիշով։ Հայաստանյան արժութային շուկայում ամերիկյան արժույթի թուլացում այս ժամանակահատվածում վերջին տարիներին միշտ էլ նկատվում է։ Այն կապված է հիմնականում Նովրուզի տոնակատարությունների հետ։
 
Հիշեցնենք, որ իրանական Նոր տարին նշվում է մարտի 21-ին: Նովրուզի տոնակատարությունների շրջանում Հայաստան են այցելում մեծ թվով իրանցիներ։ Տարբեր հաշվարկներով՝ նրանք այստեղ թողնում են շուրջ 20-25 մլն դոլար։ Գումարը հաշված օրերի ընթացքում հայտնվում է արժութային շուկայում՝ մեծացնելով առաջարկը եւ հանգեցնելով դոլարի գնի նվազեցմանը։ Ամերիկյան արժույթի թուլացումը ցույց է տալիս, որ իրանական զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքը սկսվել է։ Ենթադրվում է, որ այս տարի այն ավելի մեծ կլինի։ Միջազգային սահմանափակումների վերացումից հետո ամբողջ աշխարհում ոչ միայն մեծացել են հետաքրքրությունները Իրանի տնտեսության նկատմամբ, այլեւ թուլացել է սոցիալական ճնշումը։ Ապասառեցվել են տարիներ շարունակ միջազգային բանկերում պահվող միլիարդավոր դոլարների հասնող միջոցները, որոնք թույլ են տալիս մեղմել սեփական արժույթի նկատմամբ առկա տարադրամային լարվածությունը։ Նախորդ տարիներին զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքերը մեծապես կախված էին այդ գործոնից։ Սեզոնային գործոնով պայմանավորված՝ արժութային շուկայում տարադրամային մուտքերի ավելացումը լավ առիթ է Կենտրոնական բանկի համար մի կողմից՝ սեփական արժութային պաշարները համալրելու, մյուս կողմից՝ դրամի կարճատեւ տատանում թույլ չտալու համար, հատկապես, որ նման տատանումներն այնքան էլ նպաստավոր չեն ոչ միայն տնտեսավարողների համար, այլեւ բացասական ազդեցություն են ունենում արտահանողների վարքագծի վրա։ Թվում է, թե այս պահը Կենտրոնական բանկը բաց չի թողնի։ Սակայն վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում արձանագրվող ամերիկյան արժույթի թուլացումը վկայում է, որ ԿԲ-ն առայժմ ձեռնպահ է մնում միջամտելու շուկայի տատանումներին:
 
Ինչպիսի՞ն կլինի Կենտրոնական բանկի վարքագիծն առաջիկա օրերին, ցույց կտա ժամանակը։ Ամեն դեպքում արժութային շուկան առայժմ կշարունակի մնալ տարադրամային ճնշման տակ, ինչը, հավանաբար, կպահպանվի մինչեւ շաբաթվա վերջ։
