Գազը կէժանանա Մեդվեդևի ապրիլյան այցի «կապակցությամբ»

Ապրիլին Հայաստան է ժամանելու ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդև ու կարելի է ակնկալել, որ ռուսները կանեն իրենց սիրված հնարքներից մեկը և այցի կապակցությամբ ինչ որ բան կանեն, որը կմատուցեն որպես նշանակալի ժեստ։ Այս անգամ դա ամենայն հավանականությամբ կլինի գազի գինն էժանացնեու մասին հայտարարությունը։ Սակայն պետք է հասկանալ, թե որքանով է սա իրականում դուրս բնականոնությունից ու ինչքանով է իրատեսական ակնկալելը, որ մենք կկարողանանք վայելել նման որոշումը։
Նախ, պետք է հիշել, որ ներկայումս համաշխարհային շուկայում էներգակիրների գներն ընկել են։ Դե ֆակտո, այդ անկումը երկու տարում 2,5 անգամով կրճատել է նավթի ու գազի գները։ Սակայն Հայաստանն, ինչպես գիտենք, ապրում է զուգահեռ տիեզերքում, որտեղ բանականության կանոնները չեն գործում ու որտեղ Մայր ձեռնարկությունը սահմանին գազը վաճառում է Դուստր ձեռնարկությանը (այսինքն՝ ինքն-իրեն) էժան գնով, իսկ դուստր ձեռնարկությունը սպառողներին այն հասցնում է կրկնակի թանկ գնով։
Հիմա խոսակցություններ կան, որ Մեդվեդևի այցի համատեքստում, կհայտարարվի գազի սակագնի 15-20 տոկոսով նվազեցման մասն, բայց այստեղ կան 3 մտահոգիչ հարցեր․
- Ինչո՞ւ 15-20, եթե գազի գինը նվազել էլ 50-60 տոկոսով այն պահից, երբ մենք համաձայնել էինք այս սակագնին ու այն ժամանակ հիմնավորվում էր, որ համաշխարհային շուկայում գները բարձր են։
- Ինչո՞ւ թանկացման պարագայում համաշխարհային շուկան հիմք է, իսկ էժանեցման պարագայում՝ ոչ։
- Ի՞նչ էժանացման մասին է խոսքը գնալու․ սահմանին ստացվող գազի՞, թե՞ մեզ՝ սպառողներիս հասնող գազի։ Որքանո՞վ գազը կեժանանա վերջնական սպառոցի համար ու կեժանանա՞ արդյոք, թե՞ Գազպրոմ Արմենիան անակնկալ կպարզի, որ իր կորուստները 15-20 տոկոսով աճել են։
