Նախիջեւանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության նախկին նախարար Վելի Ալեսքերովը ձերբակալվել է:

Այս մասին «Ազադլըգ» թերթին հայտնել է իրավապահ մարմինների աղբյուրը` նշելով, որ Վելի Ալեսքերովի կալանքի մասին որոշումն ընդունվել է մարտի 7-ին:

Ներկայում նա պահվում է Նախիջեւանի քննչական մեկուսարանում: Նախկին նախարարի դեմ «յուրացում», «պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների չարաշահում» եւ «պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների գերազանցում» հոդվածներով մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել:

Աղբյուրի խոսքով` մեկուսարանում Վելի Ալեսքերովի նկատմամբ հատուկ դաժան վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերվում:

«Նրա վրա խոշտանգումների հետքեր կան: Վելի Ալեսքերովի ձերբակալությունից անմիջապես հետո 50-ից ավելի նրա ազգականները հեռացվել են աշխատանքից: Աշխատանքից հեռացվել է նույնիսկ վարորդ աշխատող նրա հորաքրոջորդին: Նրանից նույնիսկ խլել են Բաքվում հատկացված բնակարանը», -հայտնել է աղբյուրը` նշելով, որ Վելի Ալեսքերովին փաստաբան չի տրամադրվել:

Ըստ աղբյուրի` նախկին նախարարի ձերբակալության պատճառը Ադրբեջանի ազգային անվտանգության նախկին պաշտոնանկ նախարար Էլդար Մահմուդովի հետ ունեցած սերտ հարաբերություններն են:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի կողմից Էլդար Մահմուդովին անակնկալ կերպով պաշտոնանկությունից հետո ՆԻՀ գերագույն խորհրդի նախագահ Վասիֆ Թալիբովը անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 18-ին պաշտոնանկ էր արել Վելի Ալեսքերովին եւ նրա փոխարեն այդ պաշտոնում նշանակել իր խնամի Ֆազիլ Ալեքպերովին: Մինչ այդ պաշտոնում նշանակվելը Ֆազիլ Ալեքպերովն եղել է Նախիջեւանի ԻՀ պետական միգրացիոն ծառայության պետը:

Էլդար Մահմուդովը ազգային անվտանգության նախարարի պաշտոնից ազատվել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17-ի հրամանագրով: Անցկացված հետաքննությունների ընթացքում բացահայտվել էր, որ բարձրաստիճան չինովնիկների խումբը երկար ժամանակ հանցավոր գործողություններ է կատարել ձեռնարկատերերի նկատմամբ՝ վաստակելով միլիոններ: Նախարար Մահմուդովի հանձնարարությամբ եւ ԱԱՆ գեներալների ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ գաղտնասլող սարքերով հետեւել են Ադրբեջանի բիզնես-վերնախավի եւ միջին բիզնեսի հայտնի ներկայացուցիչների գործունեությունը: Հետագայում այդ բիզնեսմենների նկատմամբ հատուկ վարկաբեկիչ նյութեր են հավաքվել, իսկ հետո ԱԱՆ ղեկավարության հանձնարարությամբ հատուկ ջոկատայինների խումբն ապօրինի ձերբակալություններ է իրականացրել:

Բացի այդ, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները կասկածում են Էլդար Մահմուդովի` արտասահմանյան գործակալ լինելու մեջ:

«Իշխանությունները զգուշանում են, որ Էլդար Մահմուդովին ձերբակալելու դեպքում, հնարավոր է` ինչ որ տեղեկություններ հրապարակվեն: Այդ պատճառով էլ նրան մեկուսացրել են եւ լրջորեն հետազոտում են, թե ինչ փաստեր է փոխանցել նրա ցանցն արտասահման: Հետաքննությանը մասնակից դարձված ԱԱՆ աշխատակիցների հարցաքննություններում գլխավոր ուշադրությունը դարձվում է հենց այս պահի վրա», -նշել է թերթի աղբյուրը:
