ՌԴ-ն մարտի 22-ից կարող Է ռազմական ուժ կիրառել Սիրիայում հրադադարը խախտողների նկատմամբ

Ռուսաստանը մարտի 22-ից պատրաստ Է միակողմանի կարգով ռազմական ուժ կիրառել Սիրիայում սիստեմատիկաբար հրադադարը խախտող զինված կազմավորումների նկատմամբ, եթե չստանա ԱՄՆ-ի պատասխանը հրադադարի ռեժիմի հսկողության վերաբերյալ իր առաջարկություններին: Այդ մասին հայտնել Է Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր շտաբի գլխավոր օպերատիվ վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Ռուդսկոյը:
Նա հիշեցրել Է, որ Ռուսաստանը համապատասխան առաջարկություններն ուղարկել Է դեռ փետրվարի 25-ին:
«Այդ առաջարկություններին ԱՄՆ-ի արձագանքի բացակայության դեպքում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը մարտի 22-ից ձեռնամուխ կլինի այն դրույթների միակողմանի կիրառմանը, որոնք նախատեսված են Համաձայնագրով…Ընդգծում ենք, որ ռազմական ուժը կկիրառվի միայն զինված կազմավորումների կողմից այն պարտավորությունների սիստեմատիկ խախտման հավաստի ապացույցներ ստանալուց հետո, որոնք նրանք ստանձնել են Սիրիայում մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման վերաբերյալ 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ի ռուս-ամերիկյան համատեղ հայտարարության իրականացման շրջանակներում»,-ա սել Է Ռուդսկոյը:
Ռուդսկոյի խոսքով՝ ռուսական կողմը մշակել եւ մարտի 5-ին ԱՄՆ-ին Է ուղարկել Սիրիայում մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման ռեժիմի հսկողության համաձայնագրի փոխզիջումային նախագիծ, ինչպես նաեւ առաջարկել Է առավելագույն կարճ ժամկետում փորձագետների կոնսուլտացիաներ անցկացնել փաստաթղթի տեքստը համաձայնեցնելու համար:
Ռուդսկոյը կարծում Է, որ ռուս-ամերիկյան կոնսուլտացիաները, որոնք Ամմանում կայացել են մարտի 18-ին, ցույց տվեցին, որ ԱՄՆ-ը պատրաստ չԷ առարկայորեն քննարկելու Սիրիայում հրադադարի ռեժիմի հսկողությանը վերաբերող առաջարկությունները:
