Նովրուզի տոնակատարությունների շրջանում Հայաստան են այցելում բավական մեծ թվով իրանցիներ։ Դրա հետևանքով ավելանում են տարադրամային հոսքերը, ինչն էլ հանգեցնում է հատկապես ամերիկյան դոլարի գնի նվազեցմանը:
Ընդանուր առմանբ տոնակատարությունների շրջանում, դեպի Հայաստան դոլարի ներհոսքը տատանվում է 20-25 մլն-ի սահմաններում:
Առաջարկի մեծացման հետևանքով վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում դոլարի գինը նվազել է մոտ 10 նիշով։ Տոնական շրջանը սկսված է, և սպասվում է որ այս տարի իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը զգալիորեն կավելանա:
Դա իհարկե պայմանավորված է Իրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների վերացմամբ, որը հնարավորություն է տվել թուլացնել սոցիալական ճնշումը, ինչն էլ իր հերթին կարող է նպաստել դեպի ՀՀ ֆինանսական հոսքերի ավելացմանը:
Նովրուզի շրջանը հնարավորություն կտա ԿԲ-ին ավելացնել սեփական արժութային պաշարները: Դատելով դոլարի արժեզրկումից, կարելի է ասել, որ ԿԲ-ն այս պահին միջամտություն չի կատարում: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ դա պայմանավորված է տատանումների թույլ ալիքի հետ:
