Նախկին նախարարը՝ Վրաստանում սեքս սկանդալի մասին
INTERVIEW
Past.am-ի զրուցակիցն է Վրաստանի տուրիզմի նախկին նախարար Գիորգի Սիգուան։
- Պարոն Սիգուա, բոլորովին վերջերս Վրաստանում մեծ սկանդալ տեղի ունեցավ. հրապարակվեց նախկին արտգործնախարար Մայա Փանջիկիձեի մասնակցությամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի տեսանյութ: Ինչպե՞ս դրան արձագանքեց Վրաստանի հասարակությունը և քաղաքական սեկտորը։
-Իմ կարծիքով՝ այդ պատմության մեջ ոչ մի սկանդալային բան չկար։ Եթե հասարակությունը, որն այդ ամենն ընկալում է որպես սկանդալ, իրականում աջակցում է այն սրիկաներին, ովքեր անում են նման տեսանյութեր և տարածում: Ենթադրենք՝ նման բան տեղի ունենար Դանիայում, ոչ ոք նույնիսկ ուշադրություն չէր դարձնի:
-Իսկ Վրաստանի հասարակությունը պահպանողակա՞ն է նման հարցերում:
-Կարծում եմ՝ հիմա ավելի պակաս պահպանողական է: Դրա համար մենք կարևոր քայլեր ենք իրականացրել, օրինակ՝ շուտով Վրաստանը կստանա ԵՄ երկրներ առանց վիզա մուտք գործելու հնարավորություն, կդառնա ԵՄ լիիրավ անդամ: Հետևաբար, եթե մենք ուզում ենք Եվրոպայի մաս կազմել, ապա պետք է կիսենք նաև եվրոպական արժեհամակարգը: Իսկ նման թեմաներով սկանդալների ստեղծումը չի համապատասխանում 21-րդ դարի տրամաբանությանը:
-Տեսանյութի տարածումից հետո Վրաստանի նախագահը հարզացրույց էր տվել ու հայտարարել, որ սեքսով զբաղվելն ամոթ չէ, այլ ամոթ է դրանով չզբաղվելը: Տասը տարի առաջ, օրինակ՝ Վրաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնում գտնվող անձը կհամարձակվե՞ր նման հայտարարություն անել:
-Տասը տարի առաջ Վրաստանի նախագահը մի մարդ էր, ով ուներ սեքսուալ բուռն կյանք, որին կնախանձեին շատ պոռնոաստղեր, բայց նա այդ մասին, համենայն դեպս, չէր բարձրաձայնում: Իսկ այժմյան նախագահը բաց հայտարարեց, որ ունի հագեցած սեքսուալ կյանք, ասաց, որ ունի հրաշալի կին, որքան հիշում եմ՝ անցյալ տարի էլ ծնվեց նրա որդին:
-Վրաստանի հասարակությունը ինչպե՞ս արձագանքեց նախագահի այդ ելույթին:
-Այդ հայտարարությունը նման է նրան, որ նախագահը բացահայտեր, որ գնում է զուգարան, ընդունում է կերակուր, առավոտյան լվացվում և այլն: Սեքսով զբաղվելը մարդու էության մասն է, դրանում արտառոց բան չկա: Կարծում եմ, որ հասարակության մեծ մասն այդպես է կարծում և դրական է վերաբերել այդ համարձակ ելույթին: Իսկ այդ մարդիկ, ովքեր մարդու անձնական կյանքի մանրամասները հրապարակելով՝ փորձում են շանտաժի ենթարկել, հակառակը, նպաստում են, որպեսզի հասարակությունը ինքնակրթվի և հասկանա, թե ինչ իրադարձություններին պետք է սուր արձագանքել, ինչին՝ ոչ:
