Ադրբեջանը ձգտում է իրավիճակային փոփոխությունների հասնել ԼՂ հակամարտության հարցում. Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյան

Պաշտոնական Բաքուն ամեն կերպ փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ մտադիր չէ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը կարգավորել խաղաղ բանակցությունների ճանապարհով և ձգտում է իրավիճակային փոփոխությունների հասնել՝ սահմանին լարվածություն ստեղծելու ճանապարհով: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այն հանգամանքին, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմը խստորեն պահպանելու՝ ԵԱՀԿ նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկի հայտարարությունից հետո Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ինտենսիվորեն խախտել հրադադարը: «Կարևոր չէ, թե ինչ մակարդակներով կհնչեն հրադադարի պահպանման կոչերը: Մինչև Անջեյ Կասպշիկը բազմաթիվ կոչեր են արել թե ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները, թե Մինսկի խմբում համանախագահող երկրների ղեկավարները: Ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանն անտեսում է միջազգային հանրության բոլոր կոչերն ու հայտարարությունները և փորձում է հետևողական էսկալացիայի միջոցով իրավիճակային փոփոխությունների հասնել»,- նշեց քաղաքագետը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի նման քաղաքականությունը որևէ հեռանկար ունենալ չի կարող, պարզապես պաշտոնական Բաքուն շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ չի կարող խաղաղ բանակցությունների միջոցով ապահովել այն արդյունքները, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ խոստացել է սեփական հասարակությանը: «Ադրբեջանը նաև շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ հարցը չի կարող կարգավորել նաև ռազմական ճանապարհով, ուստի ընդամենը փորձում է ժամանակ շահել՝ հույս ունենալով, որ այդ ժամանակը կաշխատի իրենց օգտին: Բայց պետք է ասեմ, որ օբյեկտիվ նախապայմաններ չկան մտածելու, որ ժամանակը հենց իրենց օգտին Õ § աշխատելու: Հակառակը՝ մենք տեսանք, որ վերջին շրջանում Բաքուն լուրջ տնտեսական խնդիրների առջև է կանգնել, նաև ռազմական խնդիրներ ունի, քանի որ չի կարողանում վճարել զենք գնելու պայմանագրերի գումարները, ինչի հետևանքով ստիպված է լուրջ կրճատումներ իրականացնել բանակում: Բացի դրանից, գիտենք, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում սպառվում են նավթի և գազի պաշարները: Համենայնդեպս, Ադրբեջանն այդ հարցում արդեն միջազգային հանրության համար այն երկիրը չէ, որ կար, օրինակ, 5 տարի առաջ: Հետևաբար, կարելի է ասել, որ Ադրբեջանի համար անհույս գործ է ժամանակ ձգելու մարտավարո ւթյունը: Որքան նրանք ձգեն ժամանակը, այնքան ավելի ցայտուն կդառնան այդ թերացումները թե տնտեսության, թե ռազմական ոլորտներում»,- եզրափակեց քաղաքագետը:
ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը մարտի 18-ին հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել՝ կոչ անելով հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերին պահպանել հրադադարի ռեժիմն առաջիկա տոների՝ Նովրուզ Բայրամի և Զատկի ընթացքում: Դրան հաջորդեց ՀՀ ՊՆ հայտարարությունը, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է խստորեն պահպանել հրադադարի ռեժիմը, եթե Ադրբեջանը նույնպես դրական արձագանքի Կասպշիկի կոչին: Մարտի 21-ին հայտարարություն է տարածել ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության բանակի մամուլի ծառայությունը, ըստ որի՝ չնայած հակամարտող կողմերի միջև ձեռք բերված՝ իրավիճակը չապաայունացնելու մասին պայմանավորվածություններին, հանգստյան օրերին ադրբեջանական կողմի պատճառով իրադրությունը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում եղել է լարված: Նշված ժամանակահատվածում հակառակորդը տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից հայ դիրքապահների ուղղությամբ արձակել է ավելի քան 2400 կրակոց:Շփման գծի հարավային, հարավարևելյան և հյուսիսային ուղղություններով ադրբեջանական զինուժը կիրառել է նաև 60 (40 արկ) և 82 (11 արկ) միլիմետրանոց ականանետեր:
