Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հետապնդումների առնչությամբ դիմել է ԱԱԾ տնօրենին

ԱԺ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր դիմել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Գեորգի Կուտոյանին՝ պահանջելով պարզել, թե ով է իրեն գաղտնի հետապնդել Հրազդան քաղաքում: Պատգամավորն այս մասին գրառում է կատարել իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:
 
Երեկ Հրազդանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Արամ Դանիելյանի ընտրական շտաբի անունից հայտարարություն էր տարածվել այն մասին, թե իբր Փաշինյանը Հրազդանի դպրոցների տնօրենների վրա ճնշում է գործադրել, որպեսզի ուսուցիչներն ընտրեն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության թեկնածու Սասուն Միքայելյանին: Քաղաքապետի շտաբը նաեւ տեսանյութ է տարածել, որտեղ գաղտնի նկարահանված է, թե ինչպես է Փաշինյանը մտնում Հրազդանի դպրոցներ: Այսօր արդեն այդ տեսանյութը հեռացված է Youtube-ից:
 
«Տեսանյութից անհայտ է դառնում, որ ինչ-որ անձինք ս.թ. մարտի 21-ին Հրազդան քաղաքում գաղտնի հետեւել են ինձ, գաղտնի տեսանկարահանել, ինչը առերեւույթ պարունակում է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործունեության հատկանիշներ: Հաշվի առնելով, որ
 
- «Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործունեության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի երրորդ կետը արգելվում է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների անցկացումը օրենքով չլիազորված պետական մարմինների, ստորաբաժանումների կամ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց կողմից,
 
-Տեսանյութը ստորագրված չէ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ անցկացնելու լիազորություն ունեցող որեւէ պետական մարմնի կողմից, - Տեսանյութը առերեւույթ կարող է պարունակել ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան անձ հանդիսացող անձի՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորի նկատմամբ հանցագործություն նախապատրաստելու ապացույցներ,
 
- Տեսանյութը առերեւույթ կարող է պարունակել Հրազդանի գործող քաղաքապետ Արամ Դանիելյանի եւ քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցների կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, պաշտնեական լիազորություններն անցնելու հատկանիշներ, «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» ՀՀ օրենքի 5-րդ հոդվածի ը) կետի, 7-րդ հոդվածի բ) կետի համաձայն ակնկալում եմ ստանալ հետեւյալ հարցերի պատասխանը.
 
Ովքե՞ր են հետեւել ինձ եւ ինչո՞ւ են դա արել գաղտնի: Զինվա՞ծ են եղել արդյոք այդ անձինք: Ո՞ւմ հանձնարարությամբ են իրականացրել անձեռնմխելի անձ հանդիսացող ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորի գաղտնի հետեւումը: Արդյո՞ք Հրազդանում կամ Երեւանում իմ տեղաշարժերին հետեւում են, եթե այո, ովքե՞ր են հետեւող անձինք, ո՞ւմ հանձնարարությամբ եւ ի՞նչ նպատակով են դա իրականացնում»,- Facebook-ի իր էջում Գեորգի Կուտոյանին ուղղված իր դիմումի բովանդակությունն է ներկայացրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
