Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը 24 ժամում մոտ 300 հարց է ստացել բնակիչներից

Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մարտի 17-ին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հայտարարեց, որ հրավիրում է Երևանի բնակիչներին քաղաքի խնդիրների մասին երկխոսության: Ամփոփելով նախաձեռնությունը կարելի է արձանագրել, որ Երևանի բնակիչները 24 ժամում քաղաքապետին ուղղեցին շուրջ 300 հարց, առաջարկ ու մեկնաբանություն թե՛ հանրային հրապարակումների, թե՛ անձնական նամակների միջոցով:
Բնակիչների հարցերը բազմաբնույթ էին՝ անձնականից մինչև գործնական, ու ընդգրկում էին քաղաքային տնտեսության բոլոր ուղղությունները. բնակելի շենքերի, բակային տարածքների խնդիրներ, հողօգտագործման իրավունքներ, ճանապարհաշինություն, քաղաքի արտաքին տեսք, քաղաքային լուսավորություն և այլն:
Հարցերի մի խումբը վերաբերում էր բնակելի շենքերի բարեկարգման աշխատանքներին և այս համատեքստում համատիրությունների աշխատանքի արդյունավետությանը: Նամակներում և մեկնաբանություններում մասնավորապես նշվում էր, որ համատիրությունների աշխատանքը արդյունավետ չէ, քանի որ վերջիններս չեն իրականացնում իրենց վերապահված պարտավորությունները՝ հաճախ ապակողմնորոշելով բնակիչներին:
Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն այս առնչությամբ իր պատասխաններում մասնավորապես նշել էր. «Բազմաբնակարան շենքի ընդհանուր օգտագործման տարածքները, համաձայն համապատասխան օրենքի, համարվում է շենքի սեփականատերերի սեփականությունը: Սակայն մենք միշտ էլ աջակցություն ենք ցուցաբերել բնակելի ֆոնդի պահպանման հարցում: Սակայն կիսում եմ Ձեր այն մտահոգությունը, որ համատիրությունների աշխատանքը թերի է: Իմ կողմից արդեն իսկ հանձնարարվել է Կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչությանն ու վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին վերահսկել վերջիններիս գործունեությունը։ Որպես հիմնավոր լուծում նշեմ, որ ներկայումս հարցի լուծումը դիտարկվում է օրենսդրական կարգավորման համատեքստում»:
Հարց ու պատասխանի շրջանակում գերակշռող հարցերի մեկ այլ խումբ էլ վերաբերում էր բնակիչների կողմից նշված հասցեներում բակային տարածքները բարեկարգելու խնդրանքներին: Ընդ որում, առաջարկում էին խաղահրապարակների կառուցման ծրագրերն իրականացնել տարբեր վարչական շրջաններում: Առաջարկների հետ կապված քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը պատասխանել է, որ միայն անցած տարի Երևանի տարբեր վարչական շրջաններում բարեկարգվել են թվով 400 բակ և այդ գործընթացը շարունակվում է:
«Սակայն գաղտնիք չէ, որ որոշ հասցեներում բակային տարածքներ հիմնականում խեղդված են ավտոտնակների ու այլ շինությունների ծանրության տակ և որևէ հնարավորություն չկա անգամ զրուցարան տեղադրելու: Այս ուղղությամբ մենք մի շարք բակերում մեր բնակիչներին ենք վերադարձրել բակային տարածքները՝ հնարավորինս ազատելով դրանք տարբեր շինություններից, բարեկարգելով և խաղահրապարակներ տեղադրելով։ Սակայն պետք է գիտացկել, որ այս գործընթացը ժամանակատար է, քանի որ գործ ունենք մեր բնակիչների մասնավոր սեփականությունը հանդիսացող շինությունների հետ: Բարեկարգ և խաղահրապարակներով զինված բակերն այն տեսլականն է, որ մենք տեսնում ենք Երևանի համար և քայլ առ քայլ շարժվում ենք այդ ուղղությամբ, ուստի պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որպեսզի մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր բակերը համապատասխանեն մեր տեսլականին և ուրախ մանկություն ապահովեն մեր երեխաների համար»,- պատասխանեց քաղաքապետը:
