Բնապահպանները բաց նամակով դիմել են Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին

«Համահայկական բնապահպանական ճակատ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը բաց նամակով դիմել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին՝ Սեւանա լճի ջրի մակարդակի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու նպատակով:
Մասնավորապես, նամակում նշված է, որ 2010-ից առ այսօր Սեւանա լճի մակարդակը բարձրացել է ընդամենը քսան սանտիմետրով, ինչն առաջ է բերում անպատասխան մնացած բազմաթիվ հարցեր ու մեկնաբանություններ։
Նախաձեռնության անդամները հայտնում են, որ բնապահպանական հարցերով զբաղվող քաղաքացիներն ու կազմակերպությունները թերահավատորեն են վերաբերվում Սևանա լճից բաց թողնվող եւ լիճ մուտք գործող ջրի ծավալների պաշտոնական տվյալներին, ինչպես նաեւ Հայաստանի հիմնական ջրամբարների լցվածության ցուցանիշներին եւ կառավարությանն առաջարկում են իրականացնել մի քանի գործողություն՝ փարատելու իրենց բոլորի կասկածները:
Պահանջներից առաջինն այն է, որ պետք է շտապ գործարկել Սեւանա լճից բաց թողնվող եւ Արփա-Սեւան թունելով լիճ մուտք գործող ջրի ծավալների շուրջօրյա վերահսկման ավտոմատ համակարգ, որպեսզի ցանկացած քաղաքացի հնարավորություն ունենա առցանց հետեւել այդ գործընթացին։ Նրանք առաջնային են համարում նաեւ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության, բնապահպանության եւ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքերում Սեւանա լճի ջրի մակարդակի, մուտք եւ ելք եղած ջրի քանակների մասին ամենօրյա տեղեկատվության ապահովումը:
Եւ վերջապես, նախաձեռնության անդամները վարչապետին ուղղված նամակում պահանջել են ժողովրդին հստակ եւ հասկանալի բացատրություն ներկայացնել այն մասին, թե ինչու 2004թ. առ այսօր ընդհանրապես չի գործում Որոտան-Արփա թունելը եւ երբ են ավարտվելու Արփա-Սևան թունելի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները։
