Լսելով Մասկ ազգանունը, շատերը հիշում են միլիարդատեր Իլոն Մասկին, բայց քչեը գիտեն, որ նրա մայրը նույնպես ուշագրավ կին է, քանի որ ավելի քան 50 տարի համարվում է  շատ հաջողակ մոդել և 67 տարեկանում հրաշալի տեսք ունի։ Նրա մոդելային ռեզյումեում բազմաթիվ ֆոտոշարքեր են և գովազդային արշավներ, նա նաև համագործակցել է  Clinique և Revlon  բրենդների հետ։ Ուստի նա շատ բան ունի սովորացնելու իր գեղեցկության գաղտնիքների մասին։

Ամեն ինչ սկսում է առավոտից։ Մեյը պատմում է, որ չի կարող առավոտյան երկար մնալ անկողնում, քանի որ նրա շունը իրեն արթնացնում է, որպեսզի գնան զբոսնեն։ Իսկ հետո գալիս  է տուն և նախաճաշում այսպես.

«Ես խմում եմ մեկ բաժակ սուրճ, ուտում եմ կես բանան և ձավարեղեն։ Ես օգտագործում եմ յուղազերծված կաթ, ուտում եմ նաև չամիչ, չիր, ընկուզեղեն, արևածաղկի սերմ»։

Նույնիսկ այս տարիքում ամենօրյա վարժությունները նրա օրվա մի մասն են։ Մեյը օրը 4 անգամ զբոսնում է իր շան հետ  և կատարում հետևյալ վարժությունները։

«30 րոպե պարապում եմ հեծանվասարքի վրա, վազում եմ վազքահարթակի վրա։ Նաև կատարում եմ ուժային վարժություններ, ձգվում եմ։ Պարապմունքից հետո միշտ ինձ շատ լավ եմ զգում։»

Մեյը պատմում է, որ երեխաների ծնվելուց հետո նա չէր զրկում իրեն համեղ ուտելիքից և ուտում էր այն ամենը, ինչ ցանկանում էր։  Նա հավաքեց 18 կիլոգրամ քաշ և սկսեց աշխատել որպես plus-size մոդել, իսկ հետո որոշեց նիհարել։

Մեյը ունի իր բաղադրատոմսերը, որոնցով որոշել է կիսվել ընթերցողների հետ։

«Ես վերցնում եմ  ոլոռի 12 տեսակ, թրջում եմ դրանք գիշերը, առավոտյան եփում եմ, ավելացնում եմ լոլիկ, համեմունքները և սառեցնում եմ։ Ուտում եմ օրական մեկ աման։ Մարդիկ, ովքեր օրական ուտում են մեկ բաժակ ոլոռ, ավելի երկար են ապրում։ Ես նաև ուտում եմ գառան միս, կարտոֆիլ և բանջարեղեն։ Շատ եմ ուտում մրգեր, բանջարեղեն և ոլոռ», -պատմում է Մեյը։

Նա նաև խորհուրդ է տալիս 65-ից բարձր կանանց լինել դրական և հաճույք ստանալ կյանքից։
