Ձեզ անհրաժեշտ է
- 2 ճ/գ ատամի մածուկ
- 1 ճ/գ աղ
- Սառույցի 3 կտոր
Խառնեք ատամի մածուկն ու աղը: Ստացված դիմակը քսեք մաշկին և նուրբ շարժումներով մերսեք դեմքը՝ ուշադրություն դարձնելով խնդրահարույց հատվածներին: Աղը կօգնի հեռացնել մաշկի մեռած բջիջները, իսկ ատամի մածուկը խորապես կմաքրի ծակոտիներն ու սև կետերը:
Դիմակից հետո դեմքը մաքրեք անձեռոցիկով և սառույցի կտորներով մերսեք դեմքի մաշկը: Սառույցը կնեղացնի ծակոտիներն ու մաշկը կթարմացնի:
