Ըստ որոշ ուսումնասիրություններրի, եթե ձեր փոքրիկն առողջ է, ապա կարիք չկա անհանգստանալու, երբ  նրա մոտ նկատվում է ուղղակի մրսածություն։ Ներկայացնում ենք մի քանի եղանակ, որոնց միջոցով կարող եք իջեցնել երեխայի ջերմությունը մինչև 5 րոպեն։ 

Կոնյակով ջուր - Փոքրիկ բաժակի մեջ լցրեք կոնյակ և ջուր, ապա դրեք  գուլպաների մեջ։ 

Հանեք  նրա հագուստը - Այս կերպ փոքրիկը հեշտությամբ իր մեջից դուրս կհանի ջերմությունը։ Կարող է մնալ միայն շապիկով։ Եթե երեխան դողում է, կարող եք նրան ծածկել վերմակով, մինչև այն տաքանալը։ 

Լողացրեք  նրան - Լոգանքը կկարգավորի փոքրիկի մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը։ Ոչ մի դեպքում, մի օգտագործեք սառը ջուր, քանի, որ դրա հետևանքով կարող է շատ ավելի բարձրանալ ջերմությունը։ 

Տվեք երեխային սառը սննունդ, ինչպիսիք են յոգուրտը, մածունը, որոնք ևս ջերմիջեցնող կարող են հանդիսանալ։ 

Քերած կարտոֆիլ - Լվացեք, մաքրեք կարտոֆիլը և քերեք։ Քերած կարտոֆիլը դրեք փոքրիկի գուլպաների մեջ։ 

Թրջոցներ դրեք ճակատին, սա ևս կօգնի իջեցնելու մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը։ 

Եթե  երեխան  մինչև 3 ամսական է և ունի բարձր ջերմություն, ապա անմիջապես զանգահարեք բժշկի։ Եթե ջերմության ընթացքում զգում եք, որ երեխան ունի լուրջ ախտանիշներ, ինչպիսիք են դժվար շնչելը կամ մաշկի վրա մանուշակագույն կետերի ի հայտ գալը, ապա այս դեպքում ևս անհապաղ զանգահարեք բժշկին, անկախ տարիքից։
