Չենք բացառում նաեւ այն իրավիճակը, երբ խանդի փոքր չափաբաժինն օգտագործվում է որպես հարաբերություններն աշխուժացնելու ու զգացմուքնները թարմացնելու համար նուրբ ու մեղմ միջոց: Եթե արդեն այնպես է ստացվել, որ դուք չեք զսպել ինքներդ ձեզ ու չափն անցել եք՝ դուրս գալով խաղի շրջանակից ու տանջելով ձեր զուգընկերոջը, ապա ժամանակն է իմանալ ,թե ինչպես կարելի է ազատվել խանդից:

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ խանդի զգացումը բնորոշ է ոչ միայն կանանց, այլեւ տղամարդկանց, բայց նրանց մոտեցումներն են տարբեր: Դրա համար էլ, հարգելի կանայք, եթե ձեզ համար թանկ է ձեր զուգընկերը ու ձեր հարաբերությունները, ապա վերլուծեք ձեր վարքագիծն ու գործադրեք բոլոր ջանքերը որպեսզի նրան ազատեք խանդի նույնիսկ ամենափոքր նշանից:Նույնիսկ եթե դուք խանդի համար որեւէ առիթ չեք տվել: Պարզապես ավելի համբերատար վերաբերվեք, ձեր սիրելիին ազատեք տառապանքներից ու շատ շուտով ամեն ինչ կկանոնակարգվի: 
Իսկ եթե խանդողը դուք եք ու ոչ անհիմն, ուրեմն որոշում կայացրեք՝ կամ համակերպվում եք ու դիմանում, կամ էլ բաժանվում եք այն մարդուց, ով ձեզ ցավ է պատճառում: Եթե խոսքը անհիմն խանդի մասին է, ապա պատճառերը ընդամենը երկուսն են՝ դուք վստահ չեք ձեր ուժերում ու վախենում եք մենակ մնալ:

Ելքը շատ հեշտ է՝ ձեր ինքնագնահատականի վրա աշխատեք, փորձեք ավելի ինքնավստահ դառնալ, վերանայեք ձեր արտաքինը, ձեզ ուրիշներից հետ մի համեմատեք ու կարեւորը՝ սիրեք ինքներդ ձեզ: Խանդի զգացումը շատ շուտով կլքի ձեզ ու դուք կդառնաք աշխարհի ամենաերջանիկ կինը ու ձեր սիրելի տղամարդը՝ նույնպես:
