Շարմազանովը կարևորել է Լեհաստանի դիրքորոշումը ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում

ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը մարտի 23-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Լեհաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Եժի Մարեկ Նովակովսկուն: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Ողջունելով դեսպանին՝ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ հայ-լեհական հարաբերություննները զարգանում են բնականոն հունով եւ դեռ խորացման ներուժ ունեն: Այս հարցում ԱԺ փոխնախագահը կարեւորել է խորհրդարանական ձեւաչափով փոխհարաբերությունների ամրապնդումը եւ փոխայցերը: ԱԺ փոխնախագահը կարեւորել է Լեհաստանի հավասարակշիռ դիրքորոշումը ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում եւ 2005 թվականին Լեհաստանի խորհրդարանի կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ որոշման ընդունումը:
Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը դեսպանին տեղեկացրել է, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակությունը կմասնակցի Լեհաստանի կողմից քրիստոնեության ընդունման 1050-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառումներին, որոնք նախատեսված է անցկացնել ապրիլին:
Դեսպան Եժի Մարեկ Նովակովսկին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար եւ նշել, որ լեհ-հայկական հարաբերությունները բոլոր ուղղություններով զարգանալու հնարավորություն ունեն: Դեսպանը նշանակալի է համարել 650 տարվա պատմություն ունեցող հայ համայնքի ներկայությունը Լեհաստանի առաջընթացի եւ քաղաքակրթության զարգացման գործում: Այս համատեքստում նա տեղեկացրել է, որ հաջորդ տարի Լեհաստանում նախատեսվում է տոնել այդ փաստը:
