Հայաստանում կենսաթոշակային նոր համակարգին միացել է 140 հազար մարդ, ակտիվները 35.5 միլիարդ դրամ են

Հայաստանում կենսաթոշակային ֆոնդերում ընդհանուր ակտիվները կազմում են 35.5 միլիարդ դրամ 2016-ի փետրվարի վերջի դրությամբ: Ակտիվներից 16.5 միլիարդը հատկացվել է մասնակցիների կողմից, նույնքան համաֆինասավորվել է պետության կողմից, իսկ 2.5 միլիարդի չափով ապահովվել է եկամուտ: Կենսաթոշակային հիմնադրամների մասնակցիների թիվը ներկայում 140 հազար է, որից 65-70 հազարը պետական սեկտորի ներկայացուցիչներ են, իսկ մնացած 70 հազարը` մասնավոր սեկտորի աշխատողներ:Տնտեսական լրագրողների ակումբի նախաձեռնած ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի արժեթղթերի շուկայի կարգավորման բաժնի պետ Կարեն Հակոբյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` 1974 թվականից հետո ծնված վարձու աշխատողների թիվը Հայաստանում 300 հազար է, այսինքն` ստացվում է, որ այս պահին ընդհանուր համակարգի շուրջ 50 տոկոսը ներգրավված է: «216 հազար մարդ էլ ունի ոչ զրոյական հաշիվներ, հիմնականում այն անձինք են, ովքեր ամենասկզբում հատկացումներ են կատարել, բայց հետագայում դուրս են եկել համակարգից: Այսինքն` մոտ 60 հազար մարդ դուրս է եկել համակարգից, բայց նրանց հաշիվներում գումար կա և կառավարվում է»,-նշեց Կարեն Հակոբյանը` հավելելով, որ ամսական 3-4 հազար մարդ է միանում համակարգին, նրանք հիմնականում առաջին անգամ աշխատաշուկա մուտք գործողներն են:
Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` ֆոնդերի տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը կազմում է շուրջ 7 տոկոս, իսկ ակտիվները ներդրված են 66 տոկոսը ՀՀ դրամով, շուրջ 25 տոկոսը` ԱՄՆ դոլարով և 9 տոկոսը` եվրոյով: «Գումարները հիմնականում ներդրվել են հետևյալ ուղղություններով` բանկային ավանդներ, բաժնետոմսեր, պետական պարտատոմսեր, կորպորացիաների կողմից թողարկված պարտատոմսեր, ինչպես նաև մի շարք աշխարհահռչակ ընկերությունների բաժնետոմսեր, ինչպիսիք օրինակ, Apple, Google, Nestle, Toyota, Nisan, Sony, CocaCola և այլն»,-նշեց Կարեն Հակոբյանը:
2016-ի փետրվարի դրությամբ պորտֆելի կառուցվածքում շուրջ 28 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկնում բանկային ավանդներին, 38 տոկոսը` պետական արժեթղթերին, 28 տոկոսը` բաժնային արժեթղթերին, 6 տոկոսը` կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերին: «Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ էապես ավելացել են բաժնային արժեթղթերում և պարտատոմսերում ներդրումները: Սկզբի փուլում, երբ համակարգը նոր էր ձևավորվում, ավանդներում ներդրումների տեսակարար կշիռը շատ ավելի մեծ էր, որը ժամանակի ընթացքում ուղղվեց ռեալ սեկտոր և պարտատոմսերում ներդրումներ կատարվեցին»,-ընդգծեց ԿԲ ներկայացուցիչը:
