Էլեկտրոնային երաժշության փառատոն կազմակերպելը՝ նախարարի աթոռից զրկվելու պատճառ

Վրաստանի Անակլիա հանգստյան գոտում էլեկտրոնային փառատոն կազմակերպելու պատճառով Վրաստանի տուրիզմի նախարար Գիորգի Սիգուան զրկվել է իր պաշտոնից: Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում Սիգուան պատմեց որոշ մանրամասներ:

«Երբ Ուկրաինան կորցրեց Ղրիմը, պարզ դարձավ որ «Կազնատիպ» անվանումով էլեկտրոնային երաժշտության ամենամյա փառատոն այնտեղ չի կայանալու: Մենք էլ՝ վրացիներս, մտածեցին «Կազանտիպի» այլընտրանքն ստեղծել Վրաստանում: Բանն այն է, որ Սև ծովի ափին գտնվող Անակլիա հանգստավայրը, կարծես թե, հատուկ ստեղծված էր նման միջոցառում անցկացնելու համար»,- պատմեց Սիգուան՝ նշելով, որ այդ ժամանակ աշխատում էր կառավարությունում:

Չնայած իրատեսական, բայց համարձակ նախաձեռնությանը՝ նրան և նրա թիմին քչերն էին հավատում: Ըստ մեզ զրուցակցի՝ իր պաշտոնանկության հիմնական պատճառն այն է, որ կառավարությունում իր մոտեցումներն այս հարցով չէին կիսում, չէին պատկերացնում, թե ինչպես կարելի էր կազմակերպել այդ միջոցառումները և հակասություններ կային «Կազանտիպի» այլընտրանք ստեղծելու նպատակահարմարության հարցում: 2014-ին կորցնելով պաշտոնը՝ Սիգուան նախաձեռնում է 2015 թվականի ամռանը կազմակերպել GEM Fest-ը ( georgian electronic music Fest):

«Առաջ եկան նախ՝ ֆինանսական խնդիրներ, քանի որ ենթակառուցվածքների բացակայությունը, քիչ հյուրանոցների առկայությունը Անակլիայում ենթադրում էր ֆինանսական մեծ ներդրումներ: Բարեբախտաբար, հայտվեցին հովանավորներ, ովքեր, ի տարբերություն կառավարությանը, հավատացին մեզ և ի վերջո այդ մեծ փառատոնը կայացավ, հրավիրվեցին հանրահայտ երաժիշտներ, իսկ GEM Fest-ը լուսաբանեց անգամ CNN-ը»,- պատմեց վրացի նախկին նախարարը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ բարեհաջող մեկնարկը թույլ է տալիս այս տարի ևս կազմակերպել GEM Fest:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հենց այդ փառատոնի շնորհիվ է, որ ոչ այդքան հայտնի Անակլիա հանգստավայրը տնտեսական առաջխաղացում է ապրում:
