Բրյուսելի պայթյունները ապացուցեցին, որ Եվրոմիությունը դարձել է իսլամիստական ահաբեկչության գլխավոր թիրախը ու դա ունի մի քանի պատճառ։
Նախ, ահաբեկչությունների համար արդեն պարարտ հող է նախապատրաստվել։ Ամեն ինչ սկսվեց 2014 թվականի գարնանը, երբ Ֆրանսիայի մի քաղաքացի, որ կապված էր Իսլամական պետության հետ, կրակոցներ կազմակերպեց Բելգիայի հրեական թանգարանում։ Դրան հետևեցին Charlie Hebdo պարբերականի խմբագրության գրոհը և անցյալ աշնան փարիզյան ահաբեկչությունները։ Արդյունքում մահացել է ավելի քան 185 մարդ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Իսլամական պետությունը կազմակերպել, կամ էլ հրահրել է 75 ահաբեկչություն՝ 20 երկրներում, չհաշված Իրաքն ու Սիրիան։
Որքան ավելի շատ են ԻՊ-ին դուրս մղում Մերձավոր Արևելքից, այնքան ավելի ակնհայտ է դառնում այն վտանգը, որը գալիս է ԻՊ-ից ամբողջ աշխարհի համար։
Երկրոդը, Եվրոպան դարձել է ԻՊ-ի հավաքագրման բազա։ Ահաբեկիչները պատահական ընտրություն չեն անում, երբ որոշում են, թե որ քաղաքում գործողություն իրականացնեն։ 2012-2015 թվականներին, ավելի քան 400 մարդ Բելգիայից գնացել է Սիրիա և Իրաք, որպեսզի անդամագրվի ԻՊ-ին։ Ֆրանսիայից նույն ժամանակամիջոցին գնացել է մոտ 1200 մարդ։ Այսպիսով, Փարիզն ու Բրյուսելը դարձել են եվրոպական «մայրաքաղաքներ», որոնք ամենամեծ քանակությամբ օտարերկրացի իսլամիստ մարտիկներ են մատակարարում Մերձավոր Արևելք։
3-րդ պատճառը չդադարող միգրացիոն ճգնաժամն է, որն ԻՊ-ն ևս օգտագործում է, որպես հավաքագրման գործիք։ 2015 թվականին Եվրոպա է ժամանել շուրջ 1,1 միլիոն փախստական, իսկ այս տարի արդեն 135,000։ Միգրանտների ճգնաժամը ծայրահեղականներին փայլուն հնարավորություն է թվում, որպեսզի պառակտում հրահրեն մահմեդական Արևելքի ու Արևևմուտքի միջև։ Ավելին, շատ եվրոպական առաջնորդներ իրենց վարած քաղաքականությամբ խաղում են իսլամիստների օգտին, երբ ասում են, որ ընդունելու են միայն քրիստոնյա փախստականների։
4-րդ պատճառն այն է, որ ԻՊ-ն օգտվում է Եվրոմիության ահագնացող պառակտումից։ Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելին, ով փաստացի հանդիսանում է ԵՄ-ի գլխավոր ղեկավարը, անասելի բարդությունների գնով հաջողվեց համաձայնության գալ Թուրքիայի հետ փախստականների հարցի շուրջ՝ խոստանալով Թուրքիայի հետ առանց վիզաների ռեժիմ մտցնել։ Սակայն Բրյուսելի ահաբեկչություններից հետո եվրոպացիներն էլ ավելի մեծ դժկամությամբ կընդունեն այն փաստը, որ Թուրքիայի քաղաքակացիները կարող են ազատ տեղաշարժվել Եվրոպայով։ Մի շարք պետությունների ղեկավարներ արդեն խոսացել են այն մասին, որ ժամանակն եմ ԵՄ-ում ներքին սահմանները վերականգնել, սակայն դա կարող է վերջ դնել Շենգենյան գոտուն ու այդ կերպով՝ վտանգել եվրոպական պրոյեկտը որպես այդպիսին։
Եվ վերջապես, Եվրոպային թուլացնում է Բրիտանիայում անցկացվելիք հանրաքվեի մոտենալը։ Եթե ԵՄ-ի համար այդքան կարևոր երկիրը դուրս գա դրա կազմից, ապա դա հարցականի տակ գտնի ողջ Եվրոմիության գոյությունը։ Բացի դրանից, ֆրանսիացիների 53 տոկոսը և գերմանացիների, իսպանացիների ու շվեդների ավելի քան 45 տոկոսը նույնպես ուզում են նման հանրաքվեներ կազմակերպել։ Կարելի է միայն պատկերացնել, թե ինչ կլինի, եթե Բրիտանիայում քվերարկության նախօրեին ահաբեկչություն տեղի ունենա։ Այնպես որ, ԻՊ-ի առաջնորդները Եվրոպան ապակայունացնելու բազմաթիվ հնարավորություններ ունի։
