Մաքսատուրքից ազատում գերակա ոլորտի ներդրողներին

Վլադ Կարախանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Սևանա լճի իշխանի պաշարի վերականգնման և ձկնաբուծության զարգացման համալիր ծրագրով նախատեսված օղակներից մեկը, որն ապրանքային ձուկ է աճեցնելու լճում տեղակայվող տնտեսություններում, «Սևան ակվա» ՓԲԸ-ն է: Համալիր ծրագրի համաձայն ընկերությունը մանրաձուկը ձեռք է բերելու ծրագրով ստեղծված «Սևանի իշխան» ՓԲԸ մանրաձկան գործարանից: Ապրանքային ձուկն ամբողջությամբ վաճառվելու է նույն ՓԲԸ-ին, որն էլ կվերամշակի և կիրականացնի վաճառքն ու արտահանումը:
«Սևան ակվա» ՓԲԸ-ն նախատեսում է հիմնել և լճում տեղակայել մոդելային ցանցավանդակային ձկնաբուծական տնտեսություն, որտեղ առաջիկա 10 տարում կաճեցվի Սևանի իշխանի գեղարքունի և ամառային ենթատեսակների ձուկ: Այս տարի Սևանում կտեղակայվի մեկ ձկնաբուծական տնտեսություն, որը բաղկացած կլինի 12 ցանցավանդակից: Ձուկը կկերակրվի եվրոպական արտադրության բարձրորակ կերով: Ձկնաբուծական 1 տնտեսությունն իր արտադրական հզորությանը կհասնի 3 տարում և տարեկան կարող է արտադրել շուրջ 685 տոննա ձկնամթերք, որից կստացվի 2 մլրդ 400 մլն դրամ հասույթ:
Ընկերությունը ներմուծելու է էկոլոգիապես մաքուր նյութերից պատրաստված սարքավորումներ, որոնք տեղադրվելու են անմիջականորեն Սևանա լճի ջրի մեջ: Եվ քանի որ «Սևան ակվա» ՓԲԸ-ն ներդրումային ծրագիր է իրականացնում գերակա ոլորտում, ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախատեսել է ներմուծվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և նյութերը մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնություն տալ ընկերությանը: Հարցը, որը պատրաստել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը, քննարկվելու է կառավարության ս.թ. մարտի 24-ի նիստում: Նախագծի մշակման գործընթացում ներգրավված են եղել նաև ՀՀ ֆինանսների, ՀՀ միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխման, ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունները:
«Սևան ակվան» կառավարության վաղվա նիստից ակնկալում է մեկ այլ արտոնություն ևս: Ներդրումային ծրագրով 2016թ. մարտի 25-ից մինչև 2017թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ ներմուծվող ապրանքների ԱԱՀ վճարման ժամկետը կարող է հետաձգվել 3 տարով: Այս որոշման նախագիծը նույնպես կառավարության առաջիկա նիստի օրակարգում է: Մոդելային ցանցավանդակային ձկնաբուծական տնտեսություն կառուցելու համար ընկերությունը նախատեսում է կատարել շուրջ 1,1 մլրդ դրամ ներդրում և 2017 թվականից տարեկան արտադրել 2,22 մլրդ դրամի արտադրանք, որի մեծ մասը կարտահանվի Ռուսաստան: Ձեռնարկությունը կունենա մոտ 155 աշխատող` ամեն մեկը շուրջ 200 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձով:
