«Երևանի Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արմեն Ուլիխանյանն անցած շաբաթ «հաշվեհարդար» է տեսել իր ենթականերից երկուսի հետ, որոնից մեկին աշխատանքից ազատել է, երկրորդն էլ գլուխն ազատել է սեփական դիմումի համաձայն հեռանալով։ Առաջինը Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի քաղաքաշինության և հողօգտագործման բաժնի պետ Սահակ Հարությունյանն է, որի ազատման պատճառների մասին քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին թաղապետը մարտի 14-ի աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ զեկուցել է, թե «ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարման ընթացքում արձանագրված թերությունների պատճառով» է նման քայլի գնացել։

Մինչդեռ տեղեկություններ կան, որ թաղապետը վերջերս հայտնաբերել է, որ Հարությունյանը «մենակով» «գործ է արել» ու շինաշխատանքների թույլտվություններ է տվել նրանց, որոնց չի հասնում։ Թաղապետը պարզել է նաև, որ այդ պատմության մասին իմացել է նաև աշխատակազմի քարտուղար Ռուբեն Խոջոյանը, որի հետ իր աշխատասենյակում տհաճ զրույցի ձայնը լսել է ողջ աշխատակազմը։ Այդ զրույցից հետո Խոջոյանն ինքնակամ դիմում է գրել ու հեռացվել աշխատանքից։ Խոջոյանը երեկ հաստատեց դիմում գրելու մասին տեղեկությունը՝ գրել է մարտի 9-ին, սակայն փորձեց վստահեցնել, թե ինքն այդ պատմությանը չի առնչվում. «Ավելի ճիշտ՝ ես չգիտեմ, նման պատմություն եղել է, թե չի եղել, բայց ես անձամբ եմ իմ դիմումը գրել, ես իրավաբան եմ, որոշել եմ իմ մասնագիտությամբ զբաղվել»։ Թաղապետի հետ կապվել չհաջողվեց»,–գրում է թերթը։
