«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ մարտի 22-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հրամանով մինչեւ ծառայողական քննության ավարտը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության Գորիսի բաժնի պետ Գեւորգ Ազիզյանի լիազորությունները: Գորիսի բաժնի պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար էր հայտարարվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության պետը:
Երեկ առավոտյան ՀՀ փոխոստիկանապետ Հունան Պողոսյանը շտապեց Գորիս: Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 8-ի երեկոյան Գորիսի ոստիկանապետ Գեւորգ Ազիզյանը ծեծի էր ենթարկել իր տեղակալ Մուշեղ Գեւորգյանի եղբորը` Արթուր Գեւորգյանին:
Վիճաբանությունը սկսվել էր նրանից, որ ոստիկանապետն առանց ներկայանալու փորձել էր կարգի հրավիրել գինովցած երիտասարդներին, ինչից հետո գործի էր դրել բռունցքները: Միջադեպին ականատես էին եղել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզի վարչության պետ Վահան Դաղունցը, Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազ Վազգեն Հարությունյանը եւ նրա տեղակալ Ասպուր Ավետիսյանը:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ը իր աղբյուրներից տեղեկացավ, որ ոստիկանության Սյունիքի մարզի իրավապահների ներկայությամբ կայացած քննարկման ընթացքում ՀՀ փոխոստիկանապետը գովեստի խոսքեր է ասել ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնի պետ Գեւորգ Ազիզյանի մասին: Նա, իհարկե, չի արդարացրել Ազիզյանի արարքը, բայց միաժամանակ տարակուսանք է հայտնել, թե ինչու է Ազիզյանը նման վարքագիծ դրսեւորել: Պողոսյանն ասել է, որ Գորիսի բաժնի պետի տեղակալին աշխատանքից չեն հեռացրել այս միջադեպի արդյունքում: Իսկ թե ինչու են իրականում հեռացրել, չի մանրամասնել: Բայց ոստիկանապետ Ազիզյանն արդեն հավաքել է իրերը:
Նկատենք, որ Հունան Պողոսյանի այցը պայմանավորված էր նաեւ Սյունիքում կատարված կադրային մեկ այլ փոփոխության հետ: Ոստիկանության Մեղրիի բաժնում եւս նոր պետ է նշանակվել՝ Վարդան Ծատրյանը, որը նախկինում զբաղեցրել էր ոստիկանության Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնը: Ինչ արդյունք կտան այս փոփոխություննեը, ցույց կտա ժամանակը: Թերեւս բոլոր տեղափոխություններն իրականում մեկ նպատակ ունեն. ոստիկաններին դուրս հանել Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի ազդեցության ոլորտից:
Հավելենք, որ մարտի 25-ին ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանում կքննվի Գորիսի ոստիկանապետի տեղակալի՝ Մուշեղ Գեւորգյանի ծեծված եղբոր կալանքի հարցը: Այդ օրը կպարզվի` արդյոք նրան գրավի դիմաց ազատ կարձակեն, թե կալանքի որոշումը կմնա անփոփոխ»:
