Թուրքիան խոչընդոտում է Կերչի կամրջի շինարարությանը

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Երեկ Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած սարսափելի ահաբեկչութհյուններն այնքան էին գերհագեցրել լրատական դաշտը,որ մեր և առհասարակ գրեթե բոլոր ԶԼՄ-ների ուշադրությունից վրիպեց Սև ծովում տեղի ունեցած մի պատահար,որը ոչ պակաս կարևորություն ունի մեր տարածաշրջանի համար,քան Բրյուսելյան ահաբեկչությունները...
Ըստ ռուսաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ների,Կերչի ծոցում Պանամայի դրոշի տակ ընթացող "Լիրա" բեռնանավը վնասել է Կերչի նեղուցի վրա կառուցվող աշխատանքային կամուրջը...Բեռնանավն ընկել է N2 աշխատանքային կամրջի վրա, որը կառուցվում է Թուզլա քաղաքի և նավարկության ուղու միջև...Արդյունքում ոչնչացվել է N80 հենակետը, հնարավոր է թաքնված վնասվածքներ ունի N79-ը...Կան նաև տեղաշարժված հենակետեր...Ի դեպ,դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել դեռ մարտի 19-ին,սակայն այդ մասին ՌԴ ԶԼՄ-ները հաղորդել են միայն մարտի 22-ին...Ու հենց այստեղ սկսվում է ամենահետաքրքիրը...Պազվում է,որ "Լիրա" բեռնանավի հրամանատարը և անձնակազմը ԹՈՒՐՔԵՐ են,և ընդհանրապես՝նավը թուրքական է,որի սեփականատերը Turkuaz Shipping Corp. ընկերությունն է...Համոզված եմ,որ այս պատահարը դիտավորյալ է կազմակերպվել պաշտոնական Անկարայի կողմից՝նպատակ ունենալով խոչընդոտել կամրջի շինարարական աշխատանքները... Անկարան Ղրիմը համարում է Ռուսաստանի կողմից օկուպացված տարածք...
Շրջափակման մեջ գտնվող Ղրիմի համար շատ անհրաժեշտ է այս կամրջի արագ շինարարությունը,որի շնորհիվ Ղրիմի թերակղզին ավտոմոբիլային և երկաթուղային կապ կհաստատի Կրասնոդարի երկրամասի հետ՝թոթափելով շրջափակումը...Սակայն այդ հանգամանքը դուր չի գալիս ոչ միայն Կիևին,այլև Անկարային,որը դեպրեսիայի մեջ ընկավ,երբ Ղրիմը վերամիավորվեց Ռուսաստանին...Անկարան իր սեփական ծրագրերն ուներ,որոնք ձախողվեցին...Այդ ծրագրի արդյունքում Ղրիմը պետք է դառնար Թուրքիայի մաս...Հիմա էլ Անկարան որոշել է այսպիսի սադրանքների միջոցով խանգարել Կերչի կամրջի շինարարությունը...Ռուսաստանյան ԶԼՄ-ները հաղորդում են,որ "Լիրայի" հրամանատարին մի քանի անգամ նախազգուշացրել են սպասվելիք վթարի մասին,սակայն նա անտեսել է դրանք...
Հիշեցնեմ,որ անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 13-ին Էգեյան ծովում թուրքական մի նավ բավական վտանգավոր հեռավորության վրա մոտեցել էր ռուսական "Սմետլիվի" ռազմանավին,որի հետևանքով ռուսները կրակել էին թուրքական նավի վրա...
Այս դեպքերը ցույց են տալիս,որ Անկարան "նավային" պատերազմի է անցել Մոսկվայի դեմ...
Հ.Գ."Լիրա" բեռնանավը ձերբակալվել է ռուսների կողմից և գտնվում է Տագանրոգի նավահանգստում...Պաշտոնական Մոսկվան պահանջում է փոխհատուցել վնասները...
