Համայնքների խնդիրներին ծանոթանալու համար Շիրակի նորանշանակ մարզպետն աշխատանքային արտագնա նիստեր է անցկացնում

Մարզի համայնքներում առկա խնդիրներին ավելի մանրամասն ծանոթանալու նպատակով   Շիրակի մարզի նորանշանակ մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանն աշխատանքային արտագնա նիստեր է  անցկացնում  մարզի տարածաշրջաններում: Մարտի 24–ին, արտագնա խորհրդակցության շրջանակներում, մարզպետը լսեց Արթիկի  տարածշրջանի  համայնքների ղեկավարներին: Տարածաշրջանի բոլոր  համայնքներում խնդիրները գրեթե նույնն են՝ ներհամայնքային ճամանապարհների, դպրոցների , նախակրթարանների հիմնանորոգում:

Եթե որպես առաջնահերթ խնդիր տարբեր համայքներ ներկայացրեցին նաև իրենց համայնքին հատուկ հիմնախնդիրները՝ Հառիճը, որպես պատմամշակութային վայր՝ հասարակական զուգարանի բացակայության, Արևշատը՝ մշակույթի տան գույքի, Մեծ Մանթաշը՝ խմելու ջրի որակի, իսկ Հայկասարը՝ լուսավորության հետ կապված, ապա ողջ տարածաշրջանի համար լուրջ է ոռոգման  խնդիրը: Այս խնդիրն ունեն տարածաշրջանի շատ համայնքեր և դրա լուծման դեպքում կավելանան նաև ցանքատարածությունները: Համայնքների մեծ մասն ունեն նաև միջհամայնքային ու ներհամայնքային ճանապարհների նորոգման խնդիր: Տ եղում հնչեցին հանձնարարականներ՝ որոշ հարցեր ավելի մանրամասն ուսումնասիրելու ու քննարկելու վերաբերյալ: «Համայնքապետերի կողմից բարձրացված բոլոր խնդիրնեը կլինեն ուշադրության ներքո: Ճիշտ է,  դրանցից մի քանիսը շուտափույթ լուծում կստանան, մյուսներն ավելի ուշ, բայց, որ ոչ մի խնդիր ուշադրությունից դուրս չի մնա՝ վստահ եղեք: Այն, ինչը ֆինանսների հետ է կապված՝ ժամանակ է պահանջվում, բայց կազմակերպչական հարցերը շատ արագ կլուծվեն»,-իր խոսքում վստահեցրեց Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ վեր հանված շատ խնդիրներ կլուծվեն պետական միջոցնեով, բայց թե ինչ ծրագրերով ու ուղղություններով՝ ժամանակը ցույց կտա:»Պետք է նախ ուշադրություն դարձնենք այն խնդիրներին, որոնք հնարավոր է լուծել առաջիկա մեկ տարվա ընթացքում: Հիմնականում պետք է հաշվի առնենք առաջնային կարևորության խնդիրները»,-հավելեց մարզպետը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ եղավ նաև համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման ցուցանիշներին. Արթիկը մարզի այն տարածաշրջանն է, որտեղ այս ցուցանիշները բարձր են, իսկ ամենաբարձրը Նոր Կյանք համայքնի ցուցանիշն է 140 տոկոս: Համեմատաբար ցածր՝ 70-80 տոկոս ցուցանիշ գրանցած համայնքների ղեկավարները խոստացան՝ մինչև ամսվա վերջ ավելացնել այդ ցուցանիշները:

Համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպումից անմիջապես հետո Շիրակի մարզպետը հանդիպեց տարածաշրջանի դպրոցների տնօրենների հետ: Համայնքների ղեկավարներն արդեն ներկայացրել էին իրենց համայնքներում առկա դպրոցների խնդիրները« հետևաբար մարզպետն անդրադարձավ հիմնականում դպրոցներում տիրող վիճակին:

Նմանատիպ հանդիպում մարզպետը ունեցել է նաև մարզի Անիի տարածաշրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ, իսկ առաջիկայում արտագնա հանդիպումներ են նախատեսված նաև մարզի մյուս տարածարջաններում:
